If there was an option for zero stars these clowns would get it. We had them come to inspect our refrigerator for a quoted $86 service call. Reasonable. When we received the bill not only was there a service call fee but also a labor fee to actually look at my fridge. Misunderstanding, right? Wrong! I called and the guy who discussed my invoice was an aggressive jerk right out of the gate. No trying to understand what I was asking, no explanation other than "It's industry standard". BS! I called two other service companies and neither of them would charge a service call AND Labor without actually doing anything. Do yourself a favor and pick ANYBODY but guys.
