I hired Chimene & Charlie Puska of Coastal Cottage Concierge in April 2019 to perform shrub trimming and related landscape maintenance at my home in Rosemary Beach, FL. After showing them the scope of the work to be done, I agreed to their request for a 50% premium in monthly service cost over my prior vendor in order to get a premium service. I paid each monthly invoice promptly through July of 2019 including paying an extra $30 for pine straw. My property manager advised me a week before my arrival on August 1, 2019 that the landscape work of Coastal Cottage Concierge had many deficiencies. I tried to contact Chimene and Charlie to remedy the deficiencies before my arrival. They informed me by email that they were leaving town and were suspending all services to me. I repeatedly tried to reach them by phone, text message, and email to no avail. Upon arrival at my home on August 1st, I found that while some of the shrubs had indeed been trimmed, the majority of the landscaping had not been touched. Weeds were growing throughout the pine straw that simply needed to be pulled. No fresh pine straw was applied despite the fact that I had paid for it. The rear courtyard was severely overgrown and in need of a hard trim. Finally, my irrigation system had two significant leaks which not only caused water geysers, but also prevented water from flowing to the plants that needed watering. This resulted in drought related stress to some of my plants and bushes. So not only did they not provide the premium service that we had agreed on, but they didn't provide the pine straw application that I paid for, and they left me in lurch, forcing me to find a replacement landscape service provider on short notice. I have tried repeatedly to reach them by phone, text message, and email. They owe me a refund and an apology. Stay away from these dishonest and disreputable people. They are not to be trusted. Consumer's Desired Resolution: Chimene and Charlie Puska, through their company Coastal Cottage Concierge, should refund the $30 that I paid for pine straw that was never installed and $200 for not providing the premium service that they had agreed to over the 4 months that I was paying them and then leaving me in a lurch.

Shortly after he left, I dried a large load of towels in the sensor mode. My dryer initially said it would take 57 minutes on medium heat. I have been doing business with TJ's Affordable cleaning company for almost a year now and they have been the most professional, and more importantly, DEPENDABLE cleaning company that I have used! They are my eyes and ears on the cleanliness and condition of my condo in Destin, FL, because I live almost 800-miles away! I rely on my cleaning company to keep my condo in first class condition and TJ's has done just that. They have also done little extras i.e. bring my balcony furniture in when the condo is vacant with approaching severe weather! They are not the least expensive, but they are worth the price I pay. I highly recommend them!
