The Monday morning that He was Planning to Start, I called him to Postpone my start date as I decided to Install a New impact Sliding Glass Door (Track and 3 Glass Panels) on My Balcony. This SGD project was Planned to take 4 months! Saul stayed in touch with me weekly and did not "Run" with my 50% Deposit! I was extremely Grateful for his communication. Two months later, I chose to Cancel My Impact SGD with PRESTO Windows due to the many Permitting Errors made by Owner, Kyle Presto. After I made that decision, I called Saul to Start Immediately and HE DID! He Rearranged His Schedule and Fit me in immediately! He cleaned my Balcony and Railing Post Pockets. He filled in the Post Pockets with Hydraulic Cement, Waterproofed My Balcony with Tremco Vulkem 350NF R; Saul applied TWO coats. I PASSED the Waterproofing INSPECTION with the INSPECTOR, Stanly Nathan, saying, "It Looks Beautiful." This waterproofing Process took two weeks as It Rained three days in a row in the afternoon and the Hydraulic Cement needed to be 100% dry before the Vulkem 350NF R could be applied. He was also very punctual and provided clear timeline/expectation of the work. From the beginning, we knew we picked the right company. During the process, I asked Stephen several questions regarding overall design, logistics, and timing. All of which he would answer within minutes at any hour of the day. He sent over new paver/concrete dimension the same day we met him, adjusted design within a few days and had pavers ordered right away. The pavers were delivered from Gem Pavers in 4 weeks and his team was hard at work within a few days of delivery. He is present throughout the process and made sure work was done correctly. His team was also very nice, professional, and worked really hard to deliver my driveway. Everything worked like clockwork and came out so beautiful. When there was an issue with my existing concrete near my door frame, Stephen had his team out within an hour to fix it. I have gotten so many compliments on the pavers and it wouldn't have been possible without All Day Pavers. I can't say enough great things about our experience. If you are having a difficult time choosing between companies; I think the choice is very clear. Thank you Stephen and team for giving me my dream driveway!
