The staff was great however the subcontractors that they use have poor workmanship. It started with a tub that didn't drain due to the framing being done wrong. They had to come and tear tile and framing apart to redo it all while we had already moved in. Come to find out once the tub was taken out that there was no support for the jetted tub that is made out of fiberglass, it was sitting 2 inches above the floor imagine it filled with water and the weight of a person the tub would of cracked. While they were applying the texture on the walls they did not cover the AC vents and all that texture got into the AC system. The tile guy has come to my house over five times to fix the grout on the the tile that wasn't properly applied to no avail. I have had hinges fall off doors, toilet bowls not properly set smelling unbearable. I also had impact windows installed and all of the covers and slide stops were discarded and when questioned I'm being the look of the window was told that was the way it comes. Upon calling the window manufacture and having them come out to inspect the windows it was revealed the missing parts. I must state though Windemeres office staff is pretty good, however it doesn't make a difference how good your office staff is if the subcontractors are doing substandard work. We have been in our home for a little over 7 months and noticing that Windemere uses the cheapest fixtures which you wouldn't be able to tell by their model homes. I'm also having other problems that I won't get into at this time due to trying to have them corrected.

It was one of the worst experiences I have encountered, they don't follow up on what their subcontractors are doing very well. I had a number of jobs that fell behind the schedule and good luck getting ahold of Ron, his favorite line...I didn't receive your call again and again. Some employees were good but then there were ones that were rude. Punch list not complete, roof is leaking, epoxy floor was coming up before I moved in and there is more. Bottom line...I wouldn't trust Ron.

We were told they "stand behind their work" and would complete the punch-out list. That was not our experience. We were asked for final payment over 6-8 weeks while multiple items remained unfinished. We ultimately paid based on assurances that the remaining work would be completed. In our experience, that follow-through did not occur, and several items remain incomplete. These items have remained unresolved since mid-January. Outstanding issues include incomplete exterior cleanup, rust stains left on the driveway from a dumpster, leftover debris and materials (including a large sand pile in the yard), HVAC foam still on the exterior, and unfinished details throughout. While most of the sheetrock work itself was acceptable, there is still sheetrock mud left on doors, around window perimeters, and on windowsills--basic cleanup that should have been addressed. We were also told one thing regarding the HVAC system and received something different after questioning it, which reflects a lack of clear communication. I requested HVAC warranty documentation for our records via email to the owner and have not received a response. We acknowledge we could have requested a more detailed scope of work upfront. However, we expected the project to be completed and the remaining items addressed. Our review reflects our experience and the current condition of the project.

The staff, except for pt, is mostly bad. They are not responsive and act like you're bothering them. She actually had to tell the nurse to change the dressing on her wound. When she finished she was actually going to put the soiled, bloody bandage back on her until I told her no way!!!! The fiid is horrible. It is dark and dreary and they don't clean. She had something sticky on her floor that we complained about and it they didn't clean it til the next day. Her tray was grimy and they didn't ckean that either til I complained. The worst of all was when she woke up in the middle of the night with roaches crawling on her and in her bed. Needless to say she left the next morning. This place is gross. Do not go here!

I was Doctor Reiss's 1st patient that day. When entering the pre-operative unit, my pre-op nurse was waiting and very welcoming and progressing through her part of my procedure. While in pre-op I was visited by my anesthesiologist, Doctor Reiss, a nurse anesthetist who explained what his part was going in my procedure and answering all questions. Upon arrival in the operating room, I was greeted by least 4 nurses. My nurse anesthetist was there again explaining what he was doing and lights out. The floor nurse was great. My surgeon was Dr Gebauer who was very professional from start to finish and did a fantastic job repairing my spine. He gave me all the information I needed to make my decisions concerning surgery and its alternatives. I had great care from all the nurses from surgical to room nurses.
