When I first called, the lady was super nice and I was excited to try this new salon. When I got there, I explained to her what I wanted and even showed her a photo. I told her that it wasn't looking like the photo and that I wanted it to be a different way and she told me she would fix it and never did so don't like my nails. But I wasn't going to make her redo them. On top of that, I got the most basic pedicure, but the girl didn't even give me a massage and then when I went to pay and told the lady that she didn't give me a massage, she lied and said she did and all she would do is take off five dollars for the $30 pedicure that was literally just painting my nails and putting my feet in water. I had a french manicure for 1 week before one popped off. didn't hurt at all to lose a nail which means it was not properly secured. within the first three days they started lifting at the edges. Hoping they will fix this. EDIT: I went back and they fixed the broken nail. I asked that they fix the nails that were lifting because they would come off soon and the same guy who did them the first time did them again. Did them wrong again and charged me for a refill. I broke a nail and went back and a nice lady fixed them for free. The reason I continued to go back was because I have been going here for years and this is the fir at problem I have ever had. I think this guy is just new and learning still. I won't be letting him do my nails again but I will probably be returning to the nail spa. read more

If I could give this establishment less I would... I'm a Baylor student and the service was awful. I went because it was recommended to me by one of my classmates. She told me she could do my inspo picture for my birthday nails but she did awful. She rushed through my set, and when I told her I didn't like them she waved it off. She tried to stand in front of the door after I didn't tip her. I was there for 2 hours and didn't get anything close to what I wanted. I went here today and the lady that I got was rushing through, cut me a few times, and she got acrylic on my cuticles. The dip powder is foggy on some of the nails. She also didn't listen to me about what length or shape I wanted. I showed her a picture and mentioned how I usually get my nails. Stiletto, long, and sharp. I have been getting dipped nails for over 2 years with no issues. I went in on Tuesday, August 30 and the Manager did my nails while bouncing between 2 other customers. That same day I noticed one nail chipping on the corner, by day 2 the majority of my nails had chipped on edges. Today I went back in to get a new set put on. The Manager looked at my nails and wanted to blame every reason (activity, poor nails, I need tips) but would not take responsibility. She started filing my nails and trying to blame me for the inferior quality. At first she just wanted to put another layer of dip on. I agreed saying that if they started chipping again I would be back for full set. Again she started blaming me for the issues. At this point I got up and walked out, called my credit card company and cancelled the payment. I will drive back to Houston on Tuesday and use my regular nail salon who stands behind their business. read more

I went here to get a manicure and pedicure and within a minute of my toes being worked on the technician totally missed my cuticle and started cutting straight into my toe. It start bleeding uncontrollably and their solution was to put nail glue on it. I decided to give him another chance but he did a terrible job painting my nails and got the polish all on my skin. He started off by making my nails super thin when removing my previous dip manicure. He was using the drill at a high speed and putting a lot of pressure as if I was being rushed, even though I had an appointment. He then took the towel with the polish flakes on it and dumped them onto the floor. I didn't care too much because my nails didn't look bad after; but, one broke the next day, and the rest continued to chip over the next couple days. I've been getting dip for over a year now and have never had them chip. The edges are also jagged, so they keep snagging my clothes. Really annoyed that I payed over $50. read more
