Each apartment has their own small backyard and carport for one vehicle. Current Manager and Maintenance guys have worked hard to turn things around, get things done. The 3 bedroom apartments are nice and there is an abundance of weed available whether you smoke or…read morenot. Day or night a flood of smoke will enter your apartment for free. You and your children will be ignored by management about the issue so don't call. It's stated in the lease as a drug free zone but weed is encouraged. Management will notice the odor but it will continue. Weed sections are all of buildings C and D. Some of your neighbors will brag about their varieties of weed. Very educational for the kids running around unattended. There will always be drinking and bongs in the common areas. Drug dealers are available as a perk for Shasta Courtyard residents and guests.

They were great property managers for 6 long years and we trusted them in which was our mistake…read more When we first moved in my husband stated that he didn't like the fact of a month to mouth rental and she assured him that as long as we were good tenents and pay our rent then we would have nothing to worry about and if something did come about that she would just simply find another rental for us as long as we were good tenents. Now 6 years later I am dumbfounded When the owner of the townhouse that we were renting passed away we are now faced with being homeless. As soon as knew we called and asked Jill if we had anything to worry about because of the owner passing and because we had just gotten our tax money ,she assured us everything was fine and we weren't going to be asked to move . Then a month later we receive a 60 day notice to vacate because the new owners want to renevate. Both my place and my neighbors whom have lived there longer than us,have to vacate by sixty days . The other two townhouses were already renevated because she had moved druggies into them whom were raided twice by taskforce and therefore those townhouses were already revenevated and new tenets now reside in then and they get to stay. She didn't offer to rent us another place or offer us to move back in after the renevations or to even help is find an available rental instead she just offered a letter stating we were good tenents. My husband is disabled and finding a three bedroom is near impossible now with the new casino employees moving in most of Yreka's available rentals. I wish I would have never trusted her as a person and as a professional because what she is doing to her good long term tenents is not very decent or professional.
