Recently bought a couple of live resin disposable cartridges that ended up being faulty due to internal wiring but the issue did not come up until after the 7 day return window had passed. I attempted to plead my case for replacements and initially was not satisfied with the response from the person in charge so I left and wrote a pissy one star review. To my surprise, the owner of the dispensary contacted me within an hour of my posting the review, apologized for the mishap and promised to replace the devices for me. I went back the next day and assistant manager Dominic was working. He helped move through the exchange process with ease, had very positive vibes and threw in a free pre-roll (not sure if it was part of a daily perk or just extra for the situation but appreciated either way). Every other time I've been in there I've had great interactions with the employees and really like their selection of various brand products. Truly surprised at how important it was to the owner to resolve the issue and ensure I'm a happy customer. It was clear to me that the owner is committed to customer satisfaction and takes initiative to keep his business running with integrity. read more

The people who work there are just wonderful, kind and caring human beings. I needed to get a high concentration cbd and thc cream for pain. They held the creams for me and told me to not rush, drive safely and it's okay if I am a few mins late they will wait for me to close. I shopped here for years because the staff is so friendly. But after buying two defective products, I found the return policy is "tough luck, sucker." It was awkward for the staff, who clearly knew the manager was in the wrong. Happily, I've found that most S. Oregon shops stand behind their products and appreciate loyal customers. Five stars for the staff, minus five for the manager. Unless you like spending $150 for broken stuff, like I did, go elsewhere. read more
