Steve Woodbury is the owner/technician and quotes one price via the phone and gives another price when he's finished. He is rude and unprofessional, often accuses the consumer of "breaking" or "doing" something. Yes, he works fast; yes, he comes to one's home; however, he oils, oils, oils, leaving puddles of oil in the bottom of the machine. IF you contact him after he "serviced" a machine, he WILL NOT return. I have asked for my money back and I have gotten no response. I have filed a complaint with BBB and am in the process of filing a complaint with the Secretary of State.

Then the guy that came to do the work - Bobby - texted and called me, and we touched base and he was able to arrive earlier (...I took the first time they said, knowing that I'd be in a meeting when he arrived regardless - this worked out SO much better). Bobby was friendly, knowledgeable and kicked out those damn insects like I asked.
