We had the report come back. We had what we thought was a lot of issues that we don't understand because I'm not HVAC. I'm not an electrician and I'm not a plumber so we saw all these and we're just weirded out however we got a chance to talk to Mark and Marc calmed us down by telling us that a lot of it was just minimal and again I told him that we didn't have that professional background and we super appreciate you calling us and taking the time to go through the report and tell us that our issues were very minimal and if we were to have them get fixed, all of them would probably be fixed in less than an hour, so like I said before he made it a lot better for us and we were not freaked out by the report. I truly recommend this company. I was very impressed with both installers sorry inspectors and I would definitely recommend these guys if you were buying a house because like I said they went everywhere. I've never seen a report to where the whole house was inspected and it was great to know that these guys were there to do this for us. Also, they have a lot of other services they could do a couple of them are pest control. They do termites and array of others. Either location, pricing valid for either.", "*Installation includes all required wiring & water lines." Pictures and requested information were provided by my realtor to assist in preparing the quote. Additional detailed pictures of the house layout were available online via the property listing. I signed the quote on 7 February 2025 and paid $2,150 on 9 February 2025. Tech Visit and Refusal to Install: The technician arrived at the property and stated that the supplied water heater could not be installed in the attic due to its hybrid nature, weight concerns, and potential condensation issues.
