He was smoking a cigarette that he threw into a patch of grass with the cigarette still being lit that I had to put out . But overall, he seemed cooperative and like we could get this done easily Once we got to our destination, he proceeded to try to let the vehicle down at least 2 to 4 feet off the ground ?!?! (which even I know isn't correct .) They completely totaled my husband's car and then called it junk when it was actually completely fixable and now is completely totaled because of this company, I hear a loud banging and I go outside and the whole frame of the car is on the truck and you can already visibly see everything that went wrong and the driver seems to just not even care what he did. and the driver was incredibly rude and had a disgusting attitude towards my husband, even though it is already visibly his fault the whole situation occurred. And he tore up a patch of concrete on our property and doing what he did. And then is trying to not take accountability for anything that they've caused. And honestly, the driver handling the situation the whole way he did and completely doing the job wrong was the cherry on top for me.. do NOT recommend this company. * AND THE COMPANY IS REFUSING TO HANDOVER THE MONEY FOR THE DAMAGES THEY'VE CAUSED. THEY JUST WANNA FIX ONLY THE BARE MINIMUM OF THE DAMAGE THEY COST ON THE VEHICLE INSTEAD OF GIVING US THE MONEY FOR THE DAMAGE THEY'VE CAUSED WHEN THEY KNOW THEY JUST TOTALED OUR VEHICLE.!)
