When you call they take a message and ask you what is a convenient time for the attorney assistant to call you back. If I were you I would be sure to leave a time that is not convenient. Because I'm pretty sure they'll call you within that time frame. This is happened to me four times, and one of the times it was really urgent! I have had many other issues with them as well. Then when I complained about it I got absolutely no support from Legal Shield. If I'm ever sued I certainly hope they show up to court on time! Thinking seriously about canceling my membership!

They've saved me grief and expense and because I got advice on taxes - possible trouble with the IRS. Believe me, a letter from a respected law firm gets things done! They also will spend as much time on the phone with me answering all my questions, and since it's covered in my membership, I don't have to be worried about how much it will cost me. Any time I have a question or concern, I call the number on my LegalShield card and I'm on the phone that day with an attorney who specializes in my area of concern - Tenant/Landlord, Traffic, Tax Law, Employment Law, Consumer Law, etc.
