And to top it off, we hired this firm to represent us, and they actually minimized our injuries and sympathized with the guy who hit us! This guy who caused the accident was out of control, completely destroyed three cars, and did all this in a company car, no less. Our attorney "negotiated" a settlement of less than ten thousand dollars (let that sink in) and then had the audacity to take 40% as if they had added any value at all. If the decision had been up to me, we would have fired this firm and never looked back. But it wasn't up to me and the experience was so traumatic, we just wanted it to be over and took the path of least resistance, as much as I hate that. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
