If the rating was based solely on my experience with the folks in Romeo, I would give them a much higher rating. Avoid the Waterford branch, branch manager is low-intellect and I accuse him of a bait/switch for an enclosed system I bought a couple years ago. The enclosed system is nice, but we thought we bought a package for less than $5000 and we ended up being charged $7600. When I came to the Waterford branch manager with an issue of a gas leak (less than 2 years later), he immediately claimed the issue wasn't his to solve and tried to foist the responsibility onto me. Fortunately, the folks in Romeo have better sensibilities and sent someone out. The issue was loose gas connection fittings within the unit that would leak gas based on ambient temperature changes and the expansion/contraction of the fittings involved. read more

Zero stars but would t let me do it. They lie to get you to buy and then provide the worst service possible throughout. I would rather go to Ohio and carry and fireplace on my back and install it myself then ever buy something from them again. read more
