Originally quoted $403 and on March 4th charged me $403 to file a chapter 7 However on March 7 after asking me to list the contents of my home; She then reversed and said she needed an additional $1,000 to file the bankruptcy. I explained to her that my bank account was a negative $400 because I paid her original quoted fee and her response was "Pawn the stuff in your house" I asked her if I could pay over time; She said NO! So I asked how am I going to get any of my furniture or TV sets to the pawn shop" Since I don't drive or own a vehicle because of my medical conditions and I don't even have money to pay an Uber and if I can't get this bankruptcy filed, come Wed March 12th I'm going to be homeless and in my medical condition I'm not going to last two months on the street.
