I received a notice more than a month after this all happened so when I called, the manager, Larry, said there was nothing he could do to correct the situation. While I lost under $100, it is the point - a customer should be notified when fees are starting and draining their account and they should be called before their account is closed. I was called multiple times when the balance was high but not one call or mailing when that changed. They just freely drained my account.
