Not great awareness or consideration for the hospitality industry. It was distracting and upsetting. The only two complaints we had was that the bathroom was small and one of the lights in the bathroom didn't work - so it was dark. We mentioned it to the front desk, but it was not repaired. All the clocks were set wrong as well - probably hadn't been changed since daylight savings time in November. There was also no coffee in the room - so we had to get some from the front desk. The COVID 19 "carry and go" breakfast was adequate. The location is great, and if we need a hotel to overnight in Red Deer, we would come here again.

I love the clean duvet which is their signature amenities. It is one of the main reasons I enjoy staying at Hamptons. The room was also very clean as was the whole hotel. It was built in 2010 but, looks brand new and they keep the entire place very clean. The breakfast was very good as well. Everything was kept full and fresh and the fresh fruit was especially good. If you are looking for a place to stay don't pass this up. It is easy off/on from Hwy 2 and there is easy access to things in town.

Expecting the worst, the motel was not bad at all! In actual fact, everything was very nice and clean and the rooms were very spacious. OK, it is not a 4-star hotel, so no point comparing that. The furniture and decorations are old, really old and have probably not been replaced since the opening of the place (including the bed), but all in all it was very clean and I was very happy with this place. It even included free (simple) breakfast and free, very high speed internet. I would never stay here for holiday, but then again, who would... in Red Deer...? But to spend the night during a long road trip, I would definitely consider this place again.

Was almost over charged due to technical issues but the quoted price was quickly fixed when I showed my booking.com profile said $269 for 2 nights while they almost charged us $430, all was resolved very fast and professionally, but seriously need to get some better cleaners, or show them how to properly clean a bedroom, including sanitizing EVERYTHING.
