The guys even came outside to help me unload my truck and they counted everything right away - and what's more important is that I received the accurate refund. (my brother is the type who counts the bottles before he sends me). I'm often left with the responsibility of returning the goods for cash after some hard parties. I've had issues at other bottle depots... I like that this location is both central and offers great service!!!!

Every time I pull up there is someone that comes out with a cart to help me load my bottles and take it inside to a sorter. Inside is spacious and clean no sticky floors from leaky bags being brought in, they are always moping the floors to keep the clean. They also added some chairs and sofa for people to sit on. The staff are friendly and helpful. The refund system is all automated so once you get your receipt you take it to the cash dispenser and get your refund. They also have a couple of wash station so you can wash/dry your hands. They also have a coffee station where you can grab a coffee if you like. Overall it's a great depot to go to

I was completely misinformed about their removal costs. When the crew arrived on-site, they hit me with a staggering, extortionate charge of $230 for literally two cardboard boxes. Because their on-site pricing was so absurd, I rightfully refused to let them take my couch and loveseat. To prove just how fraudulent and corrupt their business practices are: the company later emailed me a formal quote claiming the total cost to remove the couch, the loveseat, and the two boxes was $398 plus tax. Look at that math. They charged $230 for two light boxes, but claim a massive couch and heavy loveseat combined only cost an extra $168? It is a blatant bait-and-switch. They pull numbers out of thin air on-site to scam people out of as much money as possible. As disgusting as their financial fraud is, the behavior of the driver and the swamper was infinitely worse. When I rejected their inflated on-site pricing for the furniture, they actually stood there and made jokes about the fact that I wasn't willing to pay "rape charges." Let that sink in. Representatives of this company think throwing around casual jokes about sexual assault is an acceptable, funny response to a customer rejecting their predatory rates. This company is a disgrace from the top down. They use deceitful, moving-target pricing tactics to fleece customers, and they hire garage-tier staff who bring hostile, abusive language onto your property. I am utterly appalled. Avoid them at all costs--there are plenty of reputable junk removal companies out there that don't scam you.

When ever I take BOTTLES here I PRE COUNT at home, but the moment they count ITS ALWAYS ALWAYS LESS than what I get!! Why their employees are trained to trick customers n mess up the count in case customer argues n is counting as well . I have being counting it for last few years & taking BOTTLES to atleast 6 different bottle depots in the city , but each one does it !! This beddington is height of all times! There is atleast 10 bottles difference in my pre count & count at depot , when I spoke up , they have all sorts of excuses!! Folks take small batches & pre count & argue the moment u find it out . I have stopped taking anymore here . Try different depots please .

I…read moreonly had a couple of bags full to return so I was looking for an easy in-and-out and be on with my day. I was immediately greeted with a smiling face by one of the workers who was waving me over. He counted quickly and accurately, and entered everything into the computer. The receipt printed out and I was off to the cashier. I was paid promptly and was on my way. The place was clean and well organized. There was a hand washing station by the cashier and all seemed to be running smoothly. Can't say that there was anything more I would have wanted from this experience, so good job folks!
