Waste of time. They rescheduled 4 times before a no show on the fifth. The first 2 were out of their control and I was put out but understanding of the last minute cancellation. The third was a no show where they claimed they had placed the wrong date in the diary. The next was another no show where I waited around half of Saturday again. With hindsight I should have given up here but wasted another week when they agreed to reschedule for the following Friday. Presumably Louise had no intention of actually turning up to this and merely wanted to waste my time as they ceased to answer my calls when I tried to find out where they were on Friday. You might have better luck but I wouldn't bother if you want it done reasonably promptly. read more

Having spent 80K on this car last year, I like it clean and sparkling, but time does not enable me to do this myself and I now refuse to deal with my dealers' call centre. This is the first time I have used Empire (or indeed any mobile valeting company) rather than my usual motor dealer. They respond personally and they valeted my car today to an exceptional, showroom standard and on my doorstep, so to speak. Me and my wife have been using Empire for nearly two years now. Gary as always gone above and beyond looking after our cars. I was asked be Gary if I could leave a review of his Customer service and the service he does to our cars. When I clicked on the link and read the last review, I see why He started asking his clients if they could leave a few words of his service. Now yes sometimes he is a bit later then I am booked in for, but I always get a call before hand saying that he is running late. But the service I receive is the best I have ever had from a mobile valeting company. He as never been rude to me or my wife, on the contrary he is always very polite. read more

My car was badly in need of a clean. I found Empire on the internet and called them to clean my car. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to be able to fit me in but it was well worth the wait. My car now looks and smells better than it ever did, even when was new. They did come in a car and not a van and although I was initially a bit thrown by this I need not have worried. They had everything they needed and the guy who cleaned my car was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be using Empire again and throughly recommend them to everyone. read more

I found Empire on the internet and I am so glad I called them. My car needed a lot of work as it had been left for quite a while. Not only did they give excellent advice on the phone the job that they did was outstanding. My old neglected car now looks like it did when I bought it originally. I was a bit apprehensive about using a another valeting company to valet my new car. But when I called Empire, Louise was so knowledgeable and helpful I booked them. I called Empire and even though I had to wait for my appointment it was well worth the wait. I can see why they are so busy. Their standard of service is excellent.
