It is extremely frustrating when people come to a government office prepared with the documents they were instructed to bring, only to be turned away because an employee is not familiar with the agency's own requirements. If you claim to be an expert, you should at least be familiar with the policies published on your own agency's website.

Everyone waiting to be seen is experiencing some kind of hardship and perhaps on top of that, a problem with their case. So the atmosphere can be a little edgy. Kenneth was so pleasant, I can't say enough nice things about him. EDD SDI in general has a good working online portal, but sometimes you just have to go in person when you can't move forward on your own. He just added about 2.5 feet of a wood looking structure to the fence. There are no permits on this property. The property is now leaning toward my property and will probably crumble in my pool and garage and driveway. Building and safety acknowledges the wall is illegal and legal filing was done in 2022 followed by many other complaints.
