I enjoy the clerks at this spot but the MOMENT this new boy came the day time hours are iffy. So let me break it down. I come here a lot and if the OGS that run it have to go to the bathroom they would put a sign on the door to let you know they will be back in 5 mins. Perfect. Cool. Every since they got this new boy. He's all over the place. You'll come to purchase from them and the doors will be locked and he'll be next door "talking to his friend". This time they open at 10am. It's a Friday at 11:30am. People are getting their things for trips, parties etc. It's FRIDAY! A few of us was waiting outside and many complained they they were waiting for over 30 mins and some said a whole hour. The door are LOCKED at 11:30. We call and knock. Then we have Grace just in case he simply went to the bathroom. After calling and knocking this guy SLIDES from the cashier station, looks at us and runs to the back. The whole time he heard us knocking and waiting. He wasn't doing anything at all but just didn't "feel like working". He runs to the back and make people wait even longer. Then he comes. When he opens I say "hey, why don't you guys just open at 12. Because it seems since you came the times are out of wack". He starts to slide his fingers across boxes and say "because I'm doing something"...I say "I get that but this is a business with business hours. If there's any work that would affect opening times shouldn't that be done before or after your shift" he says NO. I said what about just putting a note on the door? He says NO. I say just move the time back an hour so you can do what needs to be done. He says NO. Just arrogant, ego driven & rude. Instead of just saying "My bad, you're right" he let his ego get ahead of him. He blamed it all on the owners (which I know isn't true because they don't play) and was just rude to those who spend money there. This only started in my experience when he got there. This video was after I first spoke to him and once he was rude to me. Saying things like "he doesn't give a f*ck". Listen if you don't wanna work the day shift. Change shift. There was HUNDREDS of dollars they lost in that time alone. Baby it's Friday about to be 80 degrees. Get it together. I only give 2 stars and not one because I REALLY love the other 2 guys that work there. They feel very homey and gives "neighborhood" liquor store feel. Never any problems with them. Just this new guy. I'll go spend my money elsewhere if I see him working. He doesn't respect the customers that's been coming long before he arrived read more
