What a great experience. It literally combines the workout and sauna. The main benefit is TIME. Everyones time is so valuable and with Hotworx you get both and for me I can cut out Gym time from in door to out door to 30 min vs 1 hour and I guarantee you get more in those 30 than in hour. We only had a two hour window and spent most of the first hour just getting ready. I felt bad For the guy who was working. Seems like they should have planned better and had someone there assisting him. Once we got started, everyone seemed to have a great time! Also, the shoes run very small. I would say about two sizes too small. So just something to keep in mind when you go. There were a lot of people exchanging shoes today.

There's a section for autobelays too, which is good when you're climbing solo. They even have a topout boulder and cave section which will absolutely humble you lol. Members only access to the yoga studio and fitness area tho, so cant comment on that as a serial daypasser. But lots of square footage of vert you can scale up compared to other gyms in the area. Check it out if you haven't already, its always a great time.

The heated part isn't overwhelming it's nice and especially in the winter, when your shoulders feel like they are in your ears. The heat is so relaxing it makes your muscles nice and gooey for those deep stretches. Though I dont know if they do this is every class, but my first class the instructor dotted this herbal oil on our foreheads during the mediation towards the end. And that mixed with the warmth,and the dim light setting. It's like Your body has stretched out, and relaxed, you're breathing super deep, it's pure euphoria. I started going to PF so I could tan because it is so expensive anywhere else. The last few times I…read morehave went I have noticed that the bulbs need replacing. Today when I went the one I was using had 17 bulbs out. That is a lot. Not sure about the other ones but that one was in need of new bulbs. The staff is always real nice and when I told the guy about it he said he had told the manager about so many bulbs being out but that so far nothing had been done. I now use the exercise equipment to and the machines are great. Please fix the bulbs in your tanning booths and bed.
