SOOO Where do I start!!! Its moved and no longer in the boot camp gym. Its on the southside in a…read moresmall office building near the airport. I would describe the interior as grandma's house if she lived in a trailor park. The owner did get back to me quickly but always had openings at odd times 4:30 p.m. Well I work and usually don't get off work till 5. Anyway....so the interior is like grandma's house. There are shower curtains and room dividers seperating the different spots, alot of plants etc. She charges you $2 for "spa" wear. She doesn't tell you about the "spa" wear until the day of your appt. It is like some paper panties and paper drawls!! Then she wraps you herself with wraps that she says has been soaked in healing clay and oils ((Shrugg) then wraps you in regular wraps. There was another girl getting her wrap done so I got stuck on a lawn chair that had a silver sheet on it (for warmth) then covered in a blanket so my "body temperature" was helping with the secretion of toxins (NOT)!! Then once your done (after an hour)...you get unwrapped...with a little tiny plug in space heater. I WAS FREEZING!! She wipes you up like an angry Nurses Assistant...then that's it.... So not exactly a "spa" experience...and I don't think any real toxins got pulled out...but it was an experience!

The description sounds appealing and relaxing. The experience is neither…read more The "business" is in a home, which I wouldn't have a problem with if it was clean and organized. The set-up was very uncomfortable as it's quite messy and dirty. I won't even use my other groupons for this place and would not recommend it to anyone else. It could make a good prank for someone though.

Sex: F / DOB: January 1971 / Surgeon: Dr. Robert D. Lewis / Revision Rhinoplasty…read more On January 13, 2021, Dr. Robert D. Lewis of Canfield, OH, performed revision rhinoplasty on me at the Gillian Institute in Indianapolis, IN. The results were and continue to be disastrous. After contacting a lawyer about suing for his medical license--something I'd never done before in my life--I discovered Mr. Lewis had already been sued at least 10 TIMES in the state of Indiana. He's mysteriously won every lawsuit, including a case where the tip of a woman's nose turned black and *fell off of her face* after Lewis performed surgery on her. I'd had rhinoplasty in my home state at age 14 which turned out beautifully. I loved the results, and the teasing stopped at school. When I moved to Indiana at 40, I developed severe allergies and mild asthma. Local Lafayette, IN, ENT Dr. Joseph Bremmer suggested septoplasty to increase my nasal cavity space and assured me it would not affect aesthetics. He was wrong on both accounts, and his surgery left me with nasal valve collapse. A different ENT told me rhinoplasty would be the only way to restore my breathing, which is why I sought Dr. Robert D. Lewis in the first place. Mr. Lewis had excellent online reviews. Even now (Feb 2023), when I look on sites like Real Self dot com and Health U.S. News dot com, all I see are highly curated five-star reviews for a man who should never be allowed to perform surgery again. I've personally learned those sites cannot be trusted. Moving forward, Yelp and Google are probably the only reviews I'll take into consideration. Robert D. Lewis of Canfield, OH, and the Gillian Institute of Indianapolis, IN (run by Dr. Kimberly Short) should not be allowed to perform rhinoplasties on anyone, ever again. Lewis never showed up for ANY of our post-op appointments, and the people who work at the Gillian Institute know what a horrific 'doctor' Lewis is. I've now paid an extra $25K in an attempt to restore my aesthetical nose and nasal airways, but Lewis decimated my nose so badly that restoration may never be possible. I never want anyone else to go through what I did with Dr. Robert D. Lewis of Canfield, OH, and the Gillian Institute of Indianapolis, IN, and I hope this review saves someone from Lewis' traumatic hammer & chisel. I also hope he loses his medical license. He's not fit to perform rhinoplasties, period.

Terrible experience. The doctor is a liar and is completely uncaring. My results were awful. She…read morewill do whatever she wants, without taking your preop consultation into consideration at all.

TLWR: if you're looking for a place to do a colonic and you're already familiar with an open system…read more(& have done several) this might be for you?? So I visited this place for a colonic. I've had one done previously using a closed system. I didn't realize there was more than one system so I went into this kinda blinded. Anyway, the faculty was in the back of the home which was fine. When I came in, the lady informed me I didn't have to wear a mask (I kept it on tho). She asked me a few questions then told we would be doing an open system. If you don't know, in an open system, you sit in this tub like thing with the tub in your butt. I was aware of the tube going in your butt but I didn't expect to not receive any help. She was very hands off and gave very little advice or help. She told me to just play around with it until I could feel the water flow (it took about 15-20mins for me to get it). Once it started, it wasn't even smooth sailing. I didn't have as much waste as I expected to leave my system. I told her it didn't feel right and she was just like "it's fine". she ultimately told me my colon was dehydrated after making several other excuses. (Mind you I drink a gallon of water a day). I booked for two colonics but I ultimately paid for one bc I just couldn't go through that again. I won't even further mention the negative comment she made about my weight after I told her it wasn't a priority for me.

This facility is clean an inviting. It is peaceful. Shanelle Is very kind and helpful! She does an…read moreexcellent job of taking care of her patients! The service provided was excellent! I highly recommend!!
