I was unsatisfied with how they didn't suggest I add a website after OKing the proofs. My fault to forget but their fault not to suggest as they are the "professionals". It's husband and wife owned. The wife was kind and professional with me, but the husband was short tempered and hot headed just because I felt they could have been more suggestive, and he took open offense. Even though I was polite throughout even my critique of there business practices. I asked them to consider any slight reduction of costs for the infraction if they wish to see future business with me. They refused. The signs and cards were well done (though time will tell for sure) but the husband needs to control his temper. We all have room to do better...
