The floats help my muscles and my mind relax... I leave feeling like I got a massage. Make sure to hydrate after! The sauna and cold bath are an amazing combo to get you energized. Don't recommend the cold bath before a float, but on a separate day. Patrick is wonderful and keeps the place clean and looking great. Oh, and great entry prices!
