Easily one of the worst companies I've ever ordered anything from! My order was "back ordered" for months. Communication was terrible. After several months of waiting and many emails, I was told that the product that I had already paid for was no longer a a available- but don't worry, for only a thousand dollars more we'll ship you the new version! Foolishly, I did buy the newer version and when they finally did ship it, they shipped the wrong item and did not send any of the other items in the original order! ZERO star... is what this "Wanna be" company deserved. Not worth your time ordering from EMRN. I lost mine! I placed an order on Feb 7th, 2021. EMRN shipped it out only on March 11th (that's right, a month later) by Purolator (the shipping company that doesn't deliver to your door but they say that they do! Yeah, right !) So, EMRN ships your stuff without requesting a signature from their customer at delivery. So, you will never have a guarantee that your order will be delivered to YOUR door or if someone has taken it from your yard. Having said so, I never got my package (which I paid well over $100). Called EMRN and got: "Sorry we can't help you. You have to call the shipping company..." which I did and they too said "Well, we looked and can't find it. Call the point of sale and what they can do." What a "yoyo game" that is. STAY AWAY! Deal with them and give them money at your own risk Too bad that there isn't a way to give negative stars Unfortunately I placed an order with this company without reading the reviews before and I have to report the same thing many of the same things people have reported here: 1. Products are "back ordered." Availability date: your guess is as good as mine 2. Credit card charged on the same date as the order date, regardless of how long delivery of the products might take 3. Currently waiting for a refund but if not completed within 3 days, I will call my credit card company and cancel the charges due to fraud Basically the company gets you to order, doesn't have the products, then takes forever to refund the money (if they do at all), and they keep the shipping charges. Oh, and if only they did it politely it would be at least bearable but their customer service is non-existent. They don't answer the phone, you are lucky if they respond to your emails. Scammers. I opened an account and ordered simulation equipment. Five days later, I can no longer log in. I had to re-register using the same email. Worse-- they charged me the fees, and I did not get the products I ordered. read more

Stay away from these people. They do not have items in stock. Whether or not you will get your stuff is a guess at best. Communication is terrible, excuses aplenty. Basically, do not depend of these people! If I could get them zero stars, I would. You have been warned. read more

These people are scam artists. They said they had my item in stock and then didn't communicate with me for weeks about shipping delays. I had to call them to find out my shipment was declined at US customs and that it was being sent back to EMRN. I spoke with Lisa-Marie in customer service to get a full refund to my card, which she promised and I even have emails tracking this. They still haven't processed my refund and I've now been contact by two other people in support saying they shipped out my product again after I had request a return and refund and they promised me it. This company will lie to you and try to deceive you. I highly recommend not using them for any reason. read more
