Both extremely patient assisting me through the entire process of purchasing items I reviewed on the website, desperately and urgently needed for my nonverbal non ambulatory 60-year-old sister suffering with Advanced cerebral palsy. Placed very recently in a long-term care facility. I spoke in detail, received, specific assistance and technical information for all of my specific unique technical questions from Vinny regarding the communicative equipment I was reviewing. Unquestionable expertise right down to describing in very simple comprehensive and visual terms for any layperson to understand how to utilize the device.
