Living in another state, I almost defaulted to a big chain store whose name I recognized, thinking they'd have a better selection and reliability. Boy, was I in for a delightful surprise! Instead, I googled "Best Balloons Delivered to Prospect Heights," and Sabrina's Creations popped up. Google was right about this fabulous woman-owned balloon business. She was a breath of fresh air.
