We attended a birthday party here yesterday, and it was not a bad experience! My friend got the highest package for the party: which was a private area and it's own tables, play area, and grill. They were also given a set of tickets for the kids to ride on, which was pretty cool! My son was too young for the rides, but we were able to walk around. It is not a very big space, and I think there was maybe 8 rides total. The amusement park area was very clean, and the workers seemed helpful and chipper. I forgot to write a review from our last visit. The weather was so beautiful. We headed across town to surprise the girls for an adventure at Enchanted Island. They were craving some excitement. We updated our safety waiver form by phone as we waited for them to open. We were happy to see all the past broken equipment was fix in working order. They had such a blast running between rides. Some going on over and over again. As many time as we had been here we didn't realize the tickets literally included all rides. This was the first time they did the shooting water target competition, the umbrella drop, and the rock climbing wall. I always think that this will be the last visit as they are growing up fast. Even at soon to be 8 and 9, they would love to go back. We tend to go once in spring, and once in fall. The bosses have spoken, and it looks like we will be continuing to enjoy another year or so. read more

Recently had a birthday party here. We doubled booked and the staff was very accommodating towards us. We rented the pirate cove area and it was very clean. There was some issues with the electricity going on and off. I did wish the park closed a little later than 8 pm. I also wish the pirate cove area was also 4 hours and not 3, but the kids definitely enjoyed the entire time. Overall, very satisfied with having a party at Enchanted Island. read more

I'm between 4 and 5 stars on this but decided on 5 just because my 4 year old daughter loved it and it was such a perfect day (Black Friday). Weather was nice and it wasn't very busy. I think we could have easily done an all day pass for my daughter and I could have got a couple of single rides and it would have been fine, but we ended up getting two all day passes. My daughter definitely got a ton of rides in, for her there's no better thing than being able to ride again and again. However, prices seem a bit high for the rides ($5 each ticket, typically one ticket per ride) and they were short staffed when we visited so you might have to wait if there's a ride your kiddo really wants to go on. It doesn't make sense to me that the two most popular and longest duration rides are staffed by only one person (At least when we went on a Friday afternoon) so there was a lot of waiting for the carousel, then for the train. As for the actual rides, my tiny tyke had a lot of fun as this was her first time at an amusement park type place. The equipment could use a bit of upkeep though since the paint was cracking and peeling on most of the rides we were on. Rented the "orange" space out yesterday- 12/7/25. Was not checked in by an employee. We set up. Pressed the call button because we had questions.. no answers. We went about the afternoon. Bees everywhere- you've gotta put up your snow cones during the winter. Or at least have an action plan for that amount of bees. The benches in our area were less than desirable. Pressed the call button again and again, with zero answer. Had two injuries due to the benches where we had to finally cover them with paper bowls and plates. We were given 2, all day passes "for free" to comp the issue. How about a partial refund. How are we supposed to sign a waiver but the park can't be kept up to standards to ensure safety? Was told by "kay" or "kat" that they inspect the areas daily- but if that's the truth why did multiple employees say they don't and you were lying? Anyways, I would like to be contacted by someone who understands customer relations so we can find a happy medium. Why would anyone leave this place a crappy review?? It's a little amusement park for small kids. Some snack options and helpful staff. I grew up in NYC and there was a place like this near me, and I have so many great memories as a small child because of it. Phoenix is lucky to have this little gem. Could they improve on a few things sure, but coming on yelp to rip them to shreds is so immature and seriously indicative of people who need to find a hobby. Kids love it here. It's sweet to see little ones enjoying the rides. My daughter is almost 3 and I've been taking her since she was a baby. I took my stepdaughter here a lot too, she's an adult now! Relax folks. We came here on a Wednesday in April between 12-3pm. It was not busy at all, maybe at most there were 6-8 families there. There were limited staff who were assigned to a certain area and moved from ride to ride depending on what our kids wanted to go on. We never had to wait more than a minute. Not the most spectacular park, but age-wise, this place is great for 2 to 5 year olds. Our kids enjoyed all the little rides! The most advance thing was a rock-climbing wall. We got 3 unlimited day passes (2 kids, 1 adult) and went crazy with the rides, and it ended up being barely worth it (compared to if we'd gotten individual passes). The passes cost us $83.89. We were lucky that it wasn't too hot (maybe 85-90 degrees). The staff told us that if it gets too hot, they actually have to shut down several of the rides as they can't operate safely! There was some inconsistency between the staff. One wouldn't let my 2.5-year-old ride the roller coaster unless another kid sat next to her (adults weren't allowed). When we came back an hour later, a different staff member let her ride it alone. read more

So, this was our 2nd time here. Forgot to write a review the first time. Oh well! The 2 times we went, they had a BOGO offer for unlimited ride wristbands. $23.00 for 2 kids to ride as long as they want? Sign me up! My kids LOVED it, both times. They have a carousal, a train, and about 7 or so rides for the kids. The place is a little bit older, and the rides are pretty basic, but the kids love em! My sons favorite ride was the Dragon Wagon roller coaster, and my daughter loved the little bumper boats. We spent about 2 hours there the first time, and today we were there for about 3 hours. Couldn't really see going much longer than that, since the rides do get a little repetitive, but for a few hours, its a great place. The grounds are really clean, restrooms were clean, and the employees for the most part are really nice (ran into one guy who had an issue with us walking the wrong way into the "entrance" (no gate or doors, just a sign and a railing) for a ride, but even then, wasn't totally rude about it). As long as they have the BOGO deals on certain days, or their Season Pass deals, we shall be back. Free parking, free admission for adults, and cheap rides for the kids make this an old school, fun filled getaway for a couple of hours. read more

Bring some bread / biscuits to have interactive experience with the wild birdies. 2. The food here is not so great, so bring your own snacks/ drinks if possible. 3. We held our company fall picnic at Enchanted Island Amusement Park. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They had our Ramada set up close to the entrance to the park and to the rides. The only star this place deserves is 1 and that's only because one of the ride attendants was so friendly and helpful. My family and I visited this park today, 01/21/2022. My husband bought 3 all day passes and was given a military discount of $5.00 off each pass. He then went back to the ticket counter 10 minutes later and asked to buy 1 additional day pass as well as 4 individual tickets and requested the military discount for those tickets as well. The attendant told him that instead of the military discount, she could give him free passes. She continued with the transaction and my husband paid. However, it wasn't until the end of the conversation that she stated they were return passes and we would have to come back at a later date to use them and then stated they expired in a month. I spoke to two managers regarding this because had the attendant told my husband he would have to return to the park to use the passes (PRIOR to the transaction being completed) he would have never agreed to do the return passes. Both "Managers" were HIGHLY inconsiderate of this issue considering the fact that the attendant did not explain the "free passes" prior to taking his money. All we wanted was the 1 additional day pass and the 4 single tickets with the military discount. INSTEAD, he was scammed into paying $50 more for passes we will never use. The customer service at this establishment has been absolutely awful; I've never been to a place where the person at fault could not be any bit accommodating or apologetic. I will be disputing the charge with my bank as fraud because this charge and conditions were not authorized or agreed upon prior to the transaction taking place. read more

Enchanted Island has soooo much potential. My daughter had fun, so at the end of the day that is really what matters. She loved the train, although it was painfully slow. She went on the merry-go-round, plane ride and car ride. Tickets per ride are overpriced compared to other options around town. The train is $5 per person who rides, as opposed to Mccormick, which is 3$ for kids and free for adults. We initially were going to go to the zoo but it was so packed we came here as a backup. It was a literal ghost town, we were the only ones on every ride. I think if they had more competitive pricing it might draw more of a crowd. read more

me and my family were super excited to attend this event with our littles , however it was super upsetting to see the employees the company has hired to run the place . there was a child left of the ride we then approached the employee and asked if he could join the rest of the kids since he was forgotten the lady completely ignored us . then we paid a 6$ ticket to play MAN OVERBOARD the child next to us made ever ball in the anchors and the employee stated "we all know what hes doing when he's old beer pong" this was a child he was talking about not even a 6 year old .. then the lady on the bottom of the skyline who seemed to be running the skyline had another employee making sure everybody had there waiver signed the employee then came back to the red hair skyline lady and let her know a mother was giving her a hard time about a waiver the lady who seemed to be running the skyline stated "who ? that mama? she looks like shes ready to get crazy bring her over here and ill fight her ... " it was really an uncomfortable and hostile environment. no employee had a smile on they're face or even seemed to even act like they were in a child friendly environment. it made my nerves at an all time high the whole event . i wish the company would focus more on who they hire i feel they're park is such a great park and has so much room for potential and to make money and growth as a business but the employees absolutely suck . i will be trying to contact a higher up because no child or family should hear or go thru these things at an amusement park its absolutely devastating for our children.. read more
