At one time I gave this Encompass a good review, but I'm changing that review to a negative review. I'm not sure if the Management has changed or what, If I knew how they operate now, I would have never allowed them to be my Home Health Care Company. They must not have anything, Scissors, Tape Gauze, Thermometer Covers, nothing in their vehicles. We keep a bag of misc. medical supplies like Gauze, tape, we have scissors and a thermometer. I have been ask for everyone of these items and more during each visit. I ask, why they don't supply them and the answer has been they have no way to charge them to the insurance company or the Patient. I have supplies, but far from sterile, but I worry about people that don't or can't go to the store and get them. What about Medicaid and Medicare only Patients? Anyone that can't afford the simple supplies, and Encompass does not have available. My suggestion, pick a different company, your health depends on it. read more

The entire staff is pissing me off. My Dad has been receiving service for almost 4 years on and off. About 4 weeks ago he had a fall which he had to go to rehabilitation for 2 weeks. I decided to go with Texas Rehabilitation because they offered 1 on 1 compaired to group physical therapy. I think Encompass is slow on getting his home services back started because I chose another company for his hospital stay. A lady came out 2 weeks ago to start service's back but MZ. MOLLY keeps saying she needs doctor to sign orders. My Dad is becoming very weak again because of these people and I'm getting very pissed. read more
