I had a major event I was planning and almost forgot to order an award. I didn't want just any award because this particular person has received numerous awards over her career. I went to Encore because it was close and a friend of mine had recently used them and said they were fast and fantastic. He wasn't lying! I saw this beautiful wooden box lined in velvet. I knew it was perfect. Mu and the entire staff were so nice and accommodating. In one day, they turned around the beautifully engraved box as well as a customized gavel I decided to order at that last minute. I was speechless when I saw the craftsmanship. It was perfect! This past Christmas, I wanted to do something special for my mother. She's especially difficult to shop for, only because she already has everything she wants and needs. Several years ago, my mom began collecting Christmas ornaments. I found out that Mu, with Encore Awards, could create a custom ornament for me! After a quick visit to the shop to look at some templates and an e-mail confirming the personalization for the ornament, I had the ornament in hand less than a week later. And at only $20, it was a very affordable gift. My mom loved it! I asked if they could engrave something that I had and there were problems because of the size and shape of it. They went above and beyond to help me out and figure out a way to make it work. Encore Awards and Jensen Rubber Stamps is a fantastic place to purchase marketing materials, such as banners, plaques, customer give aways, etc. as well as an advocate to promote your business. I have used Encore for golf trophies, engraved wine boxes and pen sets, and address stamps and every time I've had a wonderful experience. They are very detail oriented and take the time to make sure things are done correctly, but they do it quick and at a very fair price. Encore is wonderful! I had them do a total of about 11 crystal awards on a couple different occasions and they came out beautifully. I was quite impressed with the workmanship on a project I recently had done by Encore Awards. I needed some T-shirts screenprinted and was very precise on just exactly how I wished them to be done!
