He was asking Takoda to do work that they would not be paid for. Takoda was amazing in getting that roof replaced so quickly so that the sale could go through instead of being delayed. Jamal needs to read the contracts and claims, and any complaint he might have is with the insurance company, not Takoda. They replaced the roof twice (because of hail damage) and did the gutters on our new house. The work is always fast, reasonably priced, and done RIGHT. I am hiring them to do more work on our new house as well. Don't let someone who is taking his frustrations out on the wrong person because he doesn't understand how insurance works color your view.

He asked the client as few questions as possible and went with whatever his first thought is. Occasionally his first idea is great. He and doesn't really discuss with clients until he has detailed images and engineering details for it. Craig would blame the client and charge them more if they asked for changes to things that he should have verified with them before continuing on. He has a lot of employee turnover. At least 7 trained designers that he's hired left within the past couple of years because he doesn't listen to others or accept any fault. But I'd hire him for a good deck or to update finishes. Or as a circus animal trainer - he's good at yelling at what he doesn't know how to communicate with.

There are a lot of contractors out there, and that's why I'd like to leave a review. We've worked with two other roofing contractors in the Omaha area that completed the work within a reasonable timeframe. However, their teams left a lot of debris for us to clean up. We had bats get into our attic on both occasions. For our third new roof project, we decided to go with Siefken Contracting. Jared was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. The only headache we had to endure was our insurance company fighting tooth and nail to not provide coverage. Jared and his team fought for us and communicated well. We have since moved to a new home and had to replace the roof again - lucky us. We went with Siefken for a second time. We had another great experience with their team. We're currently having Siefken replace the windows in our home. This is our first time using them outside of roofing, and their team has been great to work with once again.
