Tony came out, assessed our organizational needs, and drew up a design customized for our situation. Then my husband and I were able to choose colors, textures, and flooring to coordinate beautifully. There were so many choices--something for everyone. The best part were the technicians. They were dependable, hard working, and conscientious. They took pride in their work. Tony, It's been several weeks since you guys came out to repair my garage floors from last years. I wanted to give it a few weeks to make sure the job was done correctly. Well I have to say the floors look fantastic and we love the job your guys did. I have to admit when I first called you last year after the floors starting turning colors, I thought you were going to push back and put the blame on me, not only did you not do that, you responded professionally and promptly. We had encore install cabinets and slat wall in our garage as well as epoxy our garage floor. At the end of the day, our garage looks great, however it was a very stressful process getting here and i don't like the fact that our pull out baskets are only 18" wide as opposed to 28" wide. Our interaction with Encore's sales person, TJ, started off great and my husband met with him to get a quote and gave him a verbal commitment to move forward. I wasn't happy that my husband only made an appointment with one company as i like to get various quotes when we are doing work to our house. In the meantime, we were having our bedroom closets organized with another company (Everything Closets) and I really liked their work and wanted them to provide us with a quote for our garage. When I explained this to TJ, he got upset indicating that what we were doing was "shady" since my husband already gave him a verbal commitment. At this point, we had not signed a contract nor had we given TJ a deposit. I explained to TJ that as a consumer it is our right to get as many quotes as we want and that I understood his frustration. TJ went on and on about how Encore provides the best quality garage cabinets and epoxy flooring and that I would be making a mistake going with anyone else. After much thought, I decided to go with Encore simply bc I was worried that if I had gone with Everything Closets and something went wrong, that my husband would be very upset with me. Boy did I make the wrong decision. After I gave TJ our deposit, we stopped hearing from him regularly and I had to follow-up with him for updates. It was ridiculous. They were scheduled to come first thing on a monday morning. I followed up with TJ the friday before to make sure we were all set for Monday. He said he would get back to me by end of day friday. Since I didn't hear from him, we assumed we were all set for Monday. We took everything out of our garage over the weekend and put some of it in our house and on our deck. TJ sends me an email on Monday morning that the install date won't be for another week. No apologies in his email. Needless to say I was furious. The floors were done first and that went great. The guy who does their floors was very friendly and it went very smoothly. The cabinet and slat wall install was another story. The install guy, John, was awesome and knew exactly what he was doing. It was the drawings that TJ did that had errors. After we just had the walls in our garage painted, I come home mid way through install to find out that they were hanging cabinets in the wrong place. I call TJ and he's telling me I signed off on it. I couldn't believe he wasn't taking responsibility for it. Then he mismeasured cabinets for another wall, and only 3 of the 4 cabinets were installed bc there wasn't room for all 4. TJ did take responsibility for this. We wanted two roll out baskets for the kids toys. No size was mentioned in the drawing but the drawing showed the baskets filled the width of the cabinet. I got two 16 inch wide baskets that I can't even put two basketballs in side by side. Again, I was furious. TJ didn't really own up to this as well. But he did switch out these baskets for 18" wide. 24" wide was what we wanted but they won't fit due to the width of the cabinet. The slat wall was supposed to cover a certain amount of wall space, which fell short about a foot. Something else we needed to discuss with TJ. I had various calls with TJ that involved ALOT of yelling on my part. I will say, TJ heard me out and took it, which I'll give him kudos for but I wish I didn't have to deal with all the problems. Had I gone with Everything Closets, I know I wouldn't have had to deal with this and would have gotten the same quality. Like I said earlier, at the end of the day, our garage looks great minus the fact that our pullout baskets are too small. I would not recommend Encore if TJ is their main sales guy. I'm sure TJ is a great guy but he's not good at his job. He's a total sales guy. There were far too many mistakes and I did not like how he handled them. If you're looking to organize your closets or garage, I highly recommend Everything Closets. Lonny who owns Everything Closets was amazing and he actually helped me out by giving me his experienced advice about our garage even though he knew we were working with Encore. read more

Hazard! Our Encore floor is extremely slick when wet and all winter long. We expressed concerns before install about this, yet were not informed about the slippery nature of this product. Apparently it is a well-known issue and many installers add grit for free- extra grit if you express concern at no cost. The owner has never acknowledged that the floors are slick and wants to charge us to add the grit now which could have been added for free at time of install. Owner has become rude and aggressive. The floor looks great, but is extremely slippery when wet and the owner will not tell you this. Our car slid into the garage wall, numerous family members have fallen - we are talking legs out from under you serious falls - if you like the look of this flooring make darn sure the installer addresses and guarantees traction - otherwise you have a nice looking hazard. Someone can get seriously hurt - we are using non-slip rubber mats across most of the floor to protect ourselves - not exactly the look we were after. read more

My garage looks amazing, thanks to EncoreGarage. I called them after several year of dealing with a messy, unorganized space. I would always see their ads and finally decide to give them a call. I also called out 2 other companies to get a competitive quote. All of the companies seemed very professional over the phone (although one took 2 day to get back to me), each set up a time to come out and look at the garage. All were on time and pretty much went through the process of working with me to determine what my goal was and giving me information on their products and processes. They all seemed very knowledgeable, but I did get the feeling the neither of the two other companies had the experience level of EncoreGarage. The other companies, although seemingly capable, had been in business for a shorter time. They each got back to me with a design and price quote. Two of the quotes including EncoreGarage's quote was broken down between flooring and cabinets. The other quote was a single number for the project. The quotes were all in the same price range although one of the companies floor cost was considerably less because the system the proposed was Epoxy vs the others who quote Polyurea. I decide I wanted to go the Polyrea system so I ruled out on of the companies. The other companies both gave a 3D cad design of the cabinet layout. I have to say EncoreGarage's design was far more detailed and much more professional looking. The other thing I like about Encore was the fact that they manufacture the cabinets locally so they were able to offer many more color choices, one of which I really liked. For these reason I decide to go with EncoreGarage. I am very happy with my decision. They were very professional throughout the process with good communication from the scheduling phase through the install. The only hiccup we had was with the delivery of the storage container (used to store our garage stuff during the process), I wanted to be home when the unit arrived so I could tell them where to place it, not one called and although I was set in the right spot, it created some frustration. Not really EnocreGarage's fault as this service is sub-contracted and they are not the ones responsible for the call. In the end the garage looks beautiful. It is bright, clean and very well organized. My wife loves it - which of course is the most important thing. Kudos to EnocreGarage and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a top notch garage makeover. read more

EncoreGarage re-did our full garage including floor, cabinets, bike racks, painting the walls, and staircase to the attic. EVERYONE (from owner to on-site workers to administrators in the office) were very courteous, respectful and professional. Each person did their best to address our questions fully. Encore Garage did a great job on are garage floor and the guys that did the job were pretty knowledgeable. Roughly about 5 months later we did experience some fading at the end before the garage door and apron. So I called and talked to the floor manager and he was concerned, said I will come and take a look, and yes that's what he did not to mention how respectful, curtious, and said I will make sure this gets fixed. So shortly after working around the weather as he kept in great contact w/us he came back and got the job done, and are garage floor looks great again...(Thanks again Paul for all your time and effort we really appreciate it !) read more

I now have a BEAUTIFUL two car garage with a built in entertainment center, large cabinets to fit my needs, slatwalls and a beautiful new floor, plus many accessories!! Encore garage is BETTER than as good as it gets! OMG...where do I start. My garage was in shambles. If not for Encore garage getting me organized it would never look as great as it does now. Tony was amazing, helping me decide what I needed stored and what could stay out. I am very PARTICULAR about my home. All I get are compliments on my garage floor. It was no problem for him to drop off samples, and talk it all out with me. They put extra sand in my mix so it would not be slippery and walla...my garage floor is STUNNING!!! The technician that installed my floor was so good, my husband and I decided to do cabinets in our garage, which resulted in one of the best decisions that we made. I never recommend anyone unless they are true to their word, do what they say they would do, and I'm COMPLETELY SATISFIED. Encore garage showed up on time, called me before they came, didn't need anything from me to do their job. WOW...I'd say they were OUTSTANDING!!
