However it is not listed on their website nor Apple Maps so I assumed they were open 8-5 as listed. I don't understand why someone needs to request time off work to visit a chiropractor. I also didn't like that she then said, "we are pretty much appointment only" then lock the doors and say you are closed for lunch and change everything to say appointment only. Providers like this make it a circus act to get seen and I'm tired of it. Customer service needs work.

While I haven't had occasion to visit Dr. Clingan for chiropractics, I've only heard positive things about him. As for the physical therapy, I experienced good results in treating a pinched nerve in my neck. I found the (all lady) PT staff quite likeable. In particular, Lisa, the head PT lady, has a pleasant personality well suited to listening to patients describing their ailments and then troubleshooting them. She never made me feel like I was just another problem to solve so she could move on to the next task. Also, Amanda has a playful demeanor that made performing exercises more enjoyable. And Heather the receptionist was always bubbly, and I suspect it's her singing "Everything is Awesome" in The Lego Movie. I appreciate her efforts in scheduling my sessions to fit my schedule. Now it so happens that when it comes to bills, I'm presently self-pay (with a medical cost-sharing plan in lieu of traditional insurance). So I appreciated the staff being supportive in this area; for example, I felt that Lisa and Heather were trying to sell me no more PT service than necessary to solve my problem, as opposed to milking it like some would. The atmosphere in the gym-like PT wing was pleasant; with Christian pop/praise songs played in the background. Most of the clientele were senior citizens, although I did see a couple of high-school athletes who were recovering from sports injuries. Lastly, I'd like to commend First Choice's cervical traction machine--I like to call it the neck stretcher. It makes the neck feel like it's being yanked on, but I'm convinced it immensely helped me. In conclusion, if I ever require more physical therapy, First Choice will be my...first choice.

She walked with me, rubbed my shoulders, rubbed a tennis ball on the small of my back ( I had VERY INTENSE back labor) and hung in there with me for almost 24hrs of labor. I labored for a while in the tub and Iman got in with me and sweetly and soothingly poured water over me while I labored. With every new step of my labor she was there to sooth and comfort. Iman was a presence I am so grateful for and I will never forget her! She offers pre and post partum services. She also does belly casting!!! She did mine and it's a work of art! I contacted this office 30 minutes prior to her appointment to see if it was possible to reschedule to 10 and also we were traveling all the way from Atlanta, Ga. the receptionist told us if we were not there by 9:45 we would have to reschedule for another day. I made it to the office by 10 and now they are giving us a hard time because we requested my mother's medical records to switch to another office. Update: Just spoke with office mngr Candice and while I was trying to explain the situation she was very condescending. We will never return!
