Sad story of Endota spa Paddington/Woollahra If only I could leave a minus in this review this business deserves 1. I booked with a gift card & arranged the time & date all online & my confirmation txt was sent 24hrs prior.Taking time off Wk I arriving to be turned me away as I did not have the gift card with me. They requested me to drive home to collect it I thought ok bad customer service forget it & moved on. Sometime later I received spam via m@il & txt . I gifted the card to my partner & she went for a massage only to be told 50% was deduced for my no show Interestingly they did not physically need the card to deduct $60 from it Super poor experience for everyone concerned & a bad look for the Endota brand. As a footnote Coolangatta Endota gave exceptional customer service & we received a sensational massage & would highly recommend a visit. read more

My friend bought me a gift voucher to Endota Day Spa for my birthday and I used it to give myself a relaxation massage at the Woollahra salon. The staff were very welcoming and the whole experience an absolute pleasure. My massage started off with a foot soak with essential oils and then my lovely Japanese masseuse made me fall asleep. The day spa atmosphere is very calming and it had an remote rainforest type of feel to it. The aromatherapy oils complemented my massage completely and I also bought some Endota products which are all certified organic. My favourite is the Kakadu plum face mask which is great for combination skin or dabbing onto the odd pimple! I would definitely recommend this day spa for a special occasion or times when you just need to get away and relax for an hour or so. They also do gift vouchers so its a perfect gift for someone special! :) read more

Well it was an ordinary day outside, lucky that I had already booked here for the afternoon :-) Firstly, after being greeted by the amazingly friendly team here, you need to fill in some paperwork about you medical background, current health conditions & medication, and of course how strong you want the massage. After being escorted to your private room, you naturally undress and put on their supplied bathrobe and start off with a foot bath and massage...already feeling relaxed! Today, I decided I wanted to try the hot rock treatment and massage. AMAZING would be an appropriate word to describe the experience. So relaxing, I was very close to actually falling asleep...cant believe that 90 mins went that quickly. So, so good.... I'll definately be back! read more

I went to book my first ever appointment with Endota in Paddington. I wanted a quick spray tan and they're close by. Was booking 4 hours beforehand, for a cheap service. They wanted my credit card details, including CVV number and have a 24 hour cancellation policy, they told me I can't cancel without full payment, even if I ring back 10 minutes after booking. 24 hour cancellation policy on a 15 minute appointment booked 4 hours beforehand, with full credit card details given beforehand - first time client. I haven't had this from any other places and It discouraged me from using this spa. I've booked elsewhere and will tell my friends to as well. read more

Less than average customer service. Filling out my form cut into my time with the massage therapist so I received a 50 minute treatment and had to pay for an hour. I would NOT recommend this place at all. read more

My first visit was amazing. I had a second visit today and I won't be going back. My first visit was a massage and facial package and the Endota staff member was amazing. Had the same treatment and staff member today and part of the allotted time, she put an eye pack over my eyes and just sat down. The last ten plus minutes of the appointment were spent being shown the four products she recommended I buy. I go to a spa for relaxation, not a hard sell. I will not be going back to the Paddington Endota Spa. read more
