Well.....I've long scince grown up (and married someone else) and still stop here when I jut can't seem to pry my body out of my car to pump my own gas. For anyone who's been here, you've probably been helped by that guy in the glasses who looks at you as though your the biggest thorn in his a$$ he's ever come across. My husband turned me on to this a while back. This guy is friendly as anyone, smiles, waves and the whole deal all because of a small coffee (there's even a Dunkin Donuts right next door...with a drive through!) The guy in the shop is cool too. Went to get my oil changed with four kids (booooooo!). I figured I would drop the car, hit Dunkin and pick the car up once the kids had their sugar fix. So I told them that I had called and one of their employee told me they didn't have any. Really suspicious. Then they also told me that someone will check into the surveillance camera on the day I was there pumping gas and would get back to me in a 48-72 hours. I said okay. A week goes by nobody has gotten in touch with me. So I decided to reach out again and they told me the same thing that they'll escalate it to management and someone will get in touch with me within 3-5 business days. I said okay. Another week goes by no one still hasn't reach out to me and now I'm getting very upset. So I called and reach out to someone again and ask them what's taking so long for someone to contact me because now its been almost a month since someone gotten in touch with me. So I asked if I should go there in person and as soon as I said that they got back to me right away. So they were reviewing the camera and once they got to the date I was there. They claim there were no footage of me from the time I was there but there was a clip from an hour after I was there. Very fishy!! And also said they only have motion sensor and that the camera didn't show the last pump I was at. So after all this. I don't think I'll ever bring my business here or to any bjs wholesale store after this experience. I don't want make a huge deal even though I was sad because my whole life was pretty much in that wallet.

The dark hair woman cashier lectures me about being in the way and getting in line behind my male friend. I gave her push back . So I go out to pump gas and she makes me wait a long time before turning the pump on. Then she keeps shutting off the pump every few seconds,then turns it on , shut if off awhile until I was only able to pump $4.64 worth of gas. It was 6:55 pm. To me this retaliation is offensive. Now I can not drive to my important appointment. She should be fired for denying a customer gas.
