"You people want everything for Free." The evil woman who works there told us this...all we had asked for was help getting a hot water heater--which we still do not have and there are elderly and disabled people in our household. PLEASE report anything they have done to your family, or you, that effects in a negative way. Also, they will help with EITHER electric OR gas--NOT both! I cannot run my furnace without both--most people cannot. Other agencies, under WI State Law, help with both--it is the law, so mention this to them.
