LLC could do more for maintenance for the price though they leave you alone and quiet great location great neighbors

Since this place sold to a company it really got bad fast! It use to be like a little English Village. But now it's poorly run and maintenance is non existent. Bugs have gotten so bad you can barely sit outside. I will show before and after pictures. read more

I pay $425 + mortgage to live next to this & the company ignores it. Pool is supposed to be the focal point of the park but is poorly maintained & never open when it's supposed. Park is over run with start cars. Buyer beware‼ read more
