PennDOT sent our title back to our loan company in October 2024. Kyle's Auto Tag said nothing. We unknowingly drove an unregistered vehicle for nearly two years. When we came back for answers, they blamed us -- despite PennDOT and our loan company both having documentation that Kyle's Auto Tag made the error. No fix offered. No refund. We went straight to Wiggins Auto Tag. Jody resolved the entire mess in 20 minutes. Stay far away from Kyle's Auto Tag. Wiggins is down the street and they actually know what they're doing.

Well, it is against federal law (Durbin Amendment). The Durbin Amendment (part of the Dodd-Frank Act) aims to control debit card interchange fees and prohibits surcharging. There was no line item for the charge. there was a $9 difference between the store receipt and the debit card receipt and the store receipt stated cash. So, just a word to the wise, you will get fleeced at this place so make sure you bring cash or go somewhere else.
