She was able to squeeze me in the same day. Located in the Phenix Studios in Cypress. Erika offers a few different types of facials tailored to your needs. I went with the Anti Aging treatment and she extended down towards my neck. Which was my main concern. She spoiled my face with different treatments, mask, massage and red light. I noticed results immediately. My face was so clean, soft and plump. I booked another appointment in the upcoming weeks for a facial peel. All the products she used smelled amazing. So i told the girl that took the before pictures and applied the numbing cream about this. I used to love this place! I was late today so i had to wait too long to be seen, they were busy (i understood) so i rescheduled because my mother drove me and was waiting in her car with her dog and it was just too hot. when the girl wiped the numbing cream off my brows, it was painful- she pressed so hard that she ripped my transplant hairs out and the site is bleeding. i am still in shock. The area was hurting since i left but i didnt look at it until i got home as we had some errands to run. As soon as i saw the transplant had been ripped out and on my left brow , the site was bleeding, i called immediately to cancel my rescheduled appt . I also told the lady on the phone what happened and she gasped and said "oh no , i am so sorry ". I appreciate that but it wasn't her fault. Id like an apology from the actual girl that hurt me and an acknowledgement of her mistake. I messaged them on instagram and they keep saying she applied gentle pressure and worked there many years. I can guarantee you , it was anything but gentle and the picture shows where the hair is missing and where i was bleeding. I really did like this place and referred a couple friends. I just wanted to share this experience because this type of unprofessional behavior is not acceptable. Mistakes happen! But when they do, accountability is everything without it, trust is broken. Im a very patient, tolerant and understanding person and i deserve an apology from her. I wont be returning. I feel so depressed.
