I run a dental practice and because I book appts appropriately the wait, if any, is never more than 10 or 12 minutes. They might be jamming people in on the doctors orders but either way it's not right, my time is just as valuable as his. I went in for a simple outer ear infection. The drops he gave me were very costly, so I called to ask for something different. I did not get a call back and had to call 2 more times before I could get a new Rx. Definitely not going back.
