Seen quickly, doctor was amazing at addressing my concerns (also he was so kind and funny, put me at ease) and the front desk administrator, Arielle, even made me a copy of my insurance card and laminated it for me when I mentioned my insurance never sending me a physical one. Well I thought I Had my appt today. I called the beginning of the week to make the appt and verify insurance. Made sure to talk with the office. I spoke with a lady gave her my complete information to verify. She said Yes we take your insurance and gave me an appt with a Dr with a last name with a B. I arrived and there's a lot of ppl just hanging around the front of the building. The area feels very unsafe. I walked in the building. It is old and dilapidated. It's dirty and not kept up with. I took the elevator up to two. Walked in and gave the guy my insurance and I'd. He looked at my insurance and said oh no we don't take this. I said excuse me. Why did you make me come here to tell me this. And that's when the manage comes flying out of her office . And starts making excuses and blaming me for something her staff is responsible for.. then I ask her who answers the phones the dr line and how come they don't know why they don't know what's insurance they take and didn't verify. This is when a very large fat woman named Nicole comes storming at me puffing her chest yelling at me tightening her fists. I said does she want to fight me? She extremely unprofessional rude and disrespectful. I can't believe she is employed here. Never can I imagine that I come to a Dr office bc I'm sick and this is how you treat a patient insisting I pay cash for my visit when I have insurance. The blatant disregard of civil rights. Bullying and harassment.. they have no clue what they are doing and they don't deserve anybody to go here. no one should feel safe here. Family friends or yourself!! read more

I just had a strange experience trying to schedule an appointment. I was going to book an appointment through the website, but I wanted to speak to someone to confirm if any one of the MDs were specifically Pediatric ENTs. It seemed like a call center and they wanted to provide me with a $100 gift card. They wanted to go through this before they would give me more information about the doctors. This felt very scammy. I can't find another way to contact the location I would want to visit directly. read more

When I made an appointment for an ENT they scheduled me with A. Paul Vastola.My reason for going to an ENT iwas because I had constant tonight is in my right ear , my balance was off and I fear that I had been in years disease.. all they did was give me a hearing test and he looked at my ears to tell me that I didn't have any water in them‍ He looked at me like I have another question when in fact I was looking for a diagnosis and he blamed Neurologist for this issue. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by taking me into his exam room ..Make a long story short this doctor was totally incompetent and I had to seek out an 82 year old Ent all the way up in Teaneck New Jersey who diagnosed me in one visit. He kindly described my diagnosis and gave me medication and I go there monthly. Stay away from this place in the teleport because you'll be wasting your time as I am also at healthcare provider. read more

I really don't know how to address the issue. I've been to this office more than once, twice for myself and recently brought my daughter because she needed to be tested for allergies. My overall experience was well, The male nurse who worked up my daughter was very professional and nice and explained everything. But every time I come in the same front desk staff are never friendly and never smile. I don't know why it's so hard to be nice to people. I have worked in the medical field for over 15 years. And The first thing a patient sees when they walk through that door is the person at the counter. You're the first impression. You don't need to carry on a conversation and ask them how their day was but it would be nice to know that you care just a little. The way I see it no matter what field you're in if you're going to have an attitude maybe you shouldn't be doing that job... it's not for you. As I can see in the comments already from the past this has been an ongoing problem with this office maybe you guys should reconsider who you hire first. read more

I started going to ENT allergy associates about 8 years ago. I had chronic laryngitis and was told about Dr. Mark Carney from a co worker . We were able to clear my condition without surgery. I loved the fact that Dr. Carney did not rush to surgery . He is caring wonderful & extremely knowledgeable in his field . The staff at the office in Staten Island is friendly and efficient . I still see Dr Carney when I have a sinus infection . I love the fact that I never wait longer than 15-20 minutes before I am called in to be seen. I highly recommend ENT allergy associates and especially recommend Dr Mark Carney if you need an amazing ENT. read more

After I wrote this review I made another appointment online with a customer service rep. The response time was very fast. I also had no wait at the office. So it appears they are trying to improve. Dr Cieko is a partner with Ent assoc of Staten Island at one teleport drive. As a registered nurse I honestly will not waste my time with physicians who know less than me ( and believe me I'm not being smug ... Just very honest) dr Cieko has the hand technique of a no one else. He has passed a camera scope up my nose and down my throat to visualize my vocal cords while I sit quietly and even look at the visual camera next to me .... And he has also performed this procedure on my granddaughter at the ages of nine months and age three and she sat quietly without resistance both occasions .... That's what I call great hand technique ! He has patience and great diagnostic skills as well. Example ... Pediatrician was treating my granddaughter for upper respiratory infection on and off for three months with antibiotic as she had fever cough etc. finally I said enough and we took her to see Dr Cieko who she was a patient of for her reflux ... He dropped the scope and immediately determined she gad a roaring sinus infection with green pus filling both sinus ... Now the pediatrician could not determine this because children do not voice symptoms such as " I can't lift my head up Or lean forward ...( indicates sinus infections ) but Dr Cieko has the insight to look further and he is fabulous with children as well as adults I highly recommend Dr Cieko ! There are other great guys in this practice but my review is for Dr Cieko . This is my recommendation as a Registered Nurse ! read more

I was seeing a Dr. Vastola about two years ago. Never mind that the doctor misdiagnosed me originally by stating I had a "frozen gland" (I come to find that from another doctor it was a tumor). I schedule to see doctor Vastola again a year later, the receptionist over the phone made it clear that I was seeing vastola. I spent an hour waiting in the office (I came 15 min early) to find out that vastola is no longer seeing adults, so now I'm seeing a new doctor, and his name is Seinreicht. I showed him the CT scan and everything else I had done with doctor vastola, but was told to do the exact same tests again. More money, more time wasted. To top it all off, I needed a pre- authorization for one of the tests that only his personal assistant could give me. I waited FIVE DAYS for this pre authorization- and when I called his office trying to reach this woman for the preauth number, all of the staff kept giving me a different answer until finally someone said his personal assistant doesn't work there anymore. What a terrible team. I've never had such an awful experience at a doctors office. read more

.The staff their think their better than everyone. There so unprofessional and rude. The doctor I saw never looked at my disk and slides . He said I was okay . Turns out I need sinus surgery asap. He had a horrible bedside manner and not a doctor on my eyes at all. All he told me was you need sinus spray for your condition. Lol he was dead wrong. These is because of his failure to do his job. It was a complete waste of over 2 hours for me to go to ENT and Allergy Associates. I arrived 30 minutes early, being a new patient. I signed in at 2:48pm for a 3:20pm appointment. I was happy to see that they were using tablets for new patients to enter their personal and medical data. I returned the tablet to a very courteous and professional girl working the check-out counter. That was the end of the entire day for me. I waited for more than one hour to be called. I observed every patient that was there before me and a few that arrived after me get called to the back offices and return a few minutes later and leave. At 4:20pm I asked the woman at the front desk about the delay and that I would have to reschedule. She asked if I returned the tablet used to input my data and then had to verify with the girl that I had returned it. Obviously my records which were only one hour old could not be found and the office had no intention of ever calling me in to see the doctor. I returned home frustrated and called their office manager Jen. I instructed Jen to destroy all my personal and medical data since I refuse to ever go back to such a poorly run medical office. Jen informed me that she was not at the front desk earlier and that there was an emergency in the back. I found this to be a poor excuse since I saw everyone before me and a few after me be served and leave. Jen then said that there were several doctors in the back. To make her answer plausible, I would have had to be Dr. Carney's only patient since everyone else was served and I was the only stuck waiting. Time now to go to an ENT with just one doctor and an office with a lot more professionalism. read more

I can't say enough positive things about the staff here. I have been suffering with severe allergies since childhood. Now after 35 of agony I can finally say that I have my allergies under control. I have been going to ENT & Allergy for a few years now and Dr. Chau has taken great care of me. The professionism and courtesy shown by the doctors and staff is beyond all expectations. I now don't dred the summer or being outdoors. I must say a special thanks to Dr. Chau, Debbie, Goldie, Anthony, Caroline, Jennifer and Michelle.
