I called back twice having to leave message since there was no answer. Never got a call back. Called a third time, no answer, so left a message to cancel my application. No confirmation. Called main branch (Canon City) got transferred and no one ever picked up. Wrote an email to customer support and never received a response. For what it's worth, I have excellent credit and applied with Lightstream and was instantly approved online. The loan was funded the next day. I think you would be wise to avoid the Canon City branch.
