While I acknowledge that we arrived exactly at the scheduled appointment time rather than 15 minutes early, we had completed all required paperwork in advance, making the check-in process quick. We waited approximately 15-20 minutes past our appointment time without any updates regarding the doctor's schedule or potential delays. It wasn't until my husband and I were discussing the wait that the receptionist mentioned the nurse would be with us shortly. The nurse who came out did not greet the children or engage with us warmly--she was monotone and lacked expression throughout the rooming process. After rooming, we experienced an additional 10-15 minute wait before the doctor arrived. The doctor was fine. He inquired whether an audiology test had already been conducted--which it had not. This was surprising, as we were told during scheduling that the hearing test would take place at the start before the doctors visit. Given the amount of time we spent waiting, it would have been helpful if that portion had been completed earlier. There was another brief wait before the hearing test began. During that time, a group of individuals, accompanied by a staff member, accidentally opened our exam room door and quickly left without explanation. The hearing test itself and the doctor's review of the results were handled well.

The place is just fabulous and the doctors are as much fun as they seem. It made everything so much worse! I developed dizziness and nausea in which the doctor said was not related... WHAT?! Even my primary said that this is ridiculous and it is absolutely related. It's over 3 weeks later and I'm still suffering. I went to my primary physician who requested the records (CT scan specifically). After not sending for a week, I called the clinic and asked what the hold up was. The woman in medical records informed me that the doctor still hadn't finished my note from 23 days ago. Unreal.

Take notice that the Dr Posey reviews that have "other reviews" had very few. Like 2-6 reviews, to make them look legit. Something fake going on here, imo. AI generated reviews? This PA that's being substituted for an ENT didn't even know how to put the scope in my ear!! FOR REAL!! I am requesting my copay returned and will notify Blue Cross not to pay her. Take heed. I will be filing a complaint elsewhere, too. Something extremely fishy is going on with this place. They wanted me to make another appointment! Are you kidding me?! Duplicate billing. The Attorney General needs to check into Dr Posey. Another patient there said this was his 3RD attempt trying to see Dr. Posey bcuz his 2 other appointments were "no shows" by her too.
