Your bill pay services are terrible. My mother asked me to pay one bill for her. She gave me her phone number, bill account number social security number, email address, and a QCR number and I still was unable to pay online or by phone using a visa debit card. This poor customer service and service.I have called ever since July 22 to get a pole replaced and the light fixed.I have been given the run around.We're going to send out a supervisor to check twice no show nor did they have common sense to say they was not showing up.The contractor for fixing the light refused to climb the pole because its leaning.They always say that I would be refunded because the light has not worked since before July.I live in the country which is extremely dark at night so for safety reasons I'm paying for a light that's not working.I called back for the fifth time.I talked to customer service from hell i told her I had gotten a call and returning the call.I gave her the information that I remembered,so I wasn't getting anywhere with her and I wanted to be transferred to a supervisor.She put me on hold and cancel the work order.I called back that's when I was told the work order was canceled.They was sending out a supervisor that didn't show.As a African American I don't think I would get the same treatment if I was white.I was trying to get this done before the rainy season.The area in the back can get very wet. read more
