The only problem I had with this dealership is that I had a hard time deciding which car to pick - they have so many great cars at a great price. One of the good things about Enterprise Car Sales is that they give you 7 days to drive whatever car you buy to make sure it's the best one for you and that you're completely satisfied with your choice. I always wanted to have a Chevy Cruze but I've also seen a Ford Focus that I really liked and the sales person Tammy told me that I can take the Focus and come to see the Cruze the next day and she personally went out of her way to bring the Cruze that I wanted to see as well. I ended up loving both vehicles but I bought the Cruze and I'm really happy about my choice. I strongly recommend this dealership to everyone who is in the market for certified pre-owned vehicle. They have everything and the price is haggle-free. People who work here are really nice, Tammy went above and beyond to help me out, she even picked me up from my home so that I can come and buy the car and sales manager Nestor was awesome as well and he gave me a really good deal on financing. read more

The sales rep I dealt with, David Metcalf, was very persistent and helpful in finding me a new car. They came recommended through my insurance company, AAA, so I gave them a call. After speaking with David a few times, thanks to him following up, I finally made an appointment to go in over the weekend. I spent a little bit of time talking with David which was surprisingly comforting. He actually wanted to know a little bit about me and shared a little about himself. Why is this important? It showed me he wasn't only trying to take my money. After looking at a few cars they had on the lot, there was only one I wanted but it was above my price range. Went to get my gap coverage cancelled since i was getting refinanced by another lender on 03/27/18 and was helped by I believe the manager jason. Jason had me wait almost 2hours to fill out 1 paper. Called the number he gave me a few days later to check the status to find out that it was never submitted and they had me to call enterprise. Called enterprise and another manager named marquel picked up and provided the worst service i have ever experienced. Like what kind of manager just brushes the problem off on another manager and tells the client to call back when hes in. Your the manager so you can fix the flippn problem not avoid it. Then he had the nerve to pretty much tell me to handle it myself. Marquel needs to be demoted. WORST MANAGER EVER! ruined my day! Swear! He needs to go read more

One of the things I hate to do, besides going to the dentist, is purchasing a car. I'm baffled right now. We asked to speak to someone who could help us cancel an insurance they talked her into getting. They said the general manager was the only one that could do that for us. They KNEW what we needed, had us sit around for over an hour TO HAND US A PIECE OF PAPER WITH A PHONE NUMBER CIRCLED ON IT. I bought a car from Enterprise in 2010. It was in good condition until I got into an accident in 2016. It could have worked for at least five more years. I called to inquire first and was very open about my less than perfect credit line and my current situation with the car I'm financing now. They insisted I come in so I made the 45 minute drive. I was there from 6-8pm and didn't get very many answers. There were 4 of us being helped at the same time so I was obviously not a priority. They ran my credit knowing what I had already explained but after two hours of waiting, they were closing and sent me home saying "we'll get back to you tomorrow morning with options and a definitive answer." The sales woman specifically said "this isn't a yes or a no, I'm going to call you tomorrow" they took pictures of my car for appraisal and all of my personal info. I purchased a car this spring from this location and it quickly became a night mare. The car I test drove was sold to another customer so they brought one from another location. What I got was a car full of smoke smell masked in cleaning products to hide the smell, which quickly faded by morning and the smoke smell was intense. I took it and swapped for another car and they messed up my paper work. Got a car that was STOLEN literally the same month while my paper work was still being sorted out. Given the situation, the title had not transferred to my name. Enterprise was notified 4 weeks later that the car was recovered by police. They did NOT notify me and tried to finalize the paper work before telling me they knew the car was stolen days before. When I asked the sales person who processed my paper work, her response was "I am just the messenger", It quickly turned bizarre when Jason, the manager got involved. He will not let the detectives disclose to me what happened not let me pick up the car, he was trying to wait it out until my return period lapsed out. The detective in fact told me "this is a bizarre situation, while I cannot disclose details, the car was stolen and the keys not tampered with and someone was driving it". I wondered how a car was stolen with a keyless start button and not tampered with and being successfully driven around? I went in to get answers and Jason told one lie after the other. First he blamed my insurance who had no rights to the car, I put them on speaker and dialed and they confirmed he was lying. Next he blamed the tow yard, I called and put them on speaker and they also confirmed he was lying. Frustrated with his lies, I asked for my money back and he threatened to call the cops on me, like a classic racist. To which I said, please go ahead so they can put your lies on the record and all of a sudden he wasn't so keep on calling the cops. Like an ignorant clown, he assumed i'd be scared of the cops, even thou he was the scammer. So if you choose to buy a car, good luck dealing with these shady people. They get negative 5 stars, if only yelp will allow me choose that option. read more

They found me a decent rate (for my credit) If you know what A B and C loans are I usually rate a C, but they got me a B loan. Got me payments I could afford too.
