I did all the reservations online and that was so quick and easy. Then a couple days before the trip I called with needy questions and they totally answered all my questions and put my mind at ease which is hard to do with knowing you are about to travel 10 hours with 2 young children. The day of pick up, the young man greeted me, helped with more random questions that only I would be concerned about and yet again put me at ease and really heard me out. He was very personable and honestly I would have loved to offer him a job with my company since his CS skills were so great. Returning the vehicle on a closed day was also easy as pie. The van I received was dirty and had a smell to it. I later saw the dog hair in the back and some sand on the floors. The gas was half filled when I picked up the van and they said they don't fill it since there's no gas station on site. I was renting through this rental car company after having a good experience with them years ago. I was in an accident with my vehicle that seats 8 and they gave me a van that seats 7. It also felt as if the car needed power steering fluid added to it. Reaching them via their phones is hard as I tried calling on three different occasions and when they did pickup they weren't very helpful. Recommend renting at another rental company. read more

Ok so if I could give them zero stars I would. I rented a pickup truck from them online. The day before I get a voicemail from enterprise the girl on the voicemail states she is calling to confirm. I attempt to call back like it asked and get an automated answering service. I follow the prompts to get me to the store with a message saying "the voicemail box has not been set up," and it disconnects the call. I arrive at my scheduled pickup time the next day. There are absolutely no cars in their lot. I go into the office and find out that they do not have the pickup truck I rented. The girl states "I tried to call you yesterday, and I sent an email." No email was ever sent, and the phone call was a confirmation call. Zero notice this was going to happen. I had to pick something up from Des Moines that day (hence my truck rental), and had to scramble to figure something else out. Will not be using Enterprise again. I felt like they left me high and dry. Beware. read more

I have contacted Enterprise 4 times this week to do business with them for a rental car my insurance company is providing while my car is in repair. There was no option to leave a voicemail and no calls back from Enterprise, and I have very pressing business to tend to with no car to do so in. This needs to be corrected immediately. My experience was bizarre. The rental car they gave me was seriously filthy. It also had a gross stain under the front passenger seat, and smelled like someone had tried to air out tobacco smoke. I had to wait around while they sent someone to go put gas in it because it was empty. It was apparently the only car they had available and I was stuck with it because my insurance company had approved this while my car was in the shop. I will never use this Enterprise location again. Service was....interesting. It felt pretty awkward the entire time. People were just unprofessional it seems. I'm all for having fun and joking around, but seemed excessive. I'm not asking to get stellar service, just be somewhat professional while being productive. I was able to get my car and get out like most other places I've rented cars but it was just not as quick and proficient. I most likely will not be going back again after this transaction. read more

The tire pressure on the car was low so he drove it back in to fill up the tires and checked the other 3. On 2/23/18 I was in the market for a rental. A truck preferably since you never know what the weather will do in NE. The agent told me he had a truck but I would have to have 2 proofs of residence plus a cell phone that I could prove it was my acct and that would probably do. My 4x4 had broken down so I needed a truck, max 3 days. Not happy with enterprise I promptly called Hertz about a mile down the same road. I had an Agent that set me up with a new dodge Ram 4x4 crew cab with a drivers license and my debit card of which he didn't charge a dime but set the rental up to bill my insurance directly. Bottom line, It was the easiest and quickest rental I've had in years. Not sure what its like in other towns but here in Bellevue NE, Hertz is the way to go. Now maybe the Agent at Enterprise was following company protocol but its light years different than the local Hertz. GW read more

I rented a car from this Enterprise with a bad taste in my mouth for the Bellevue location already. A few months ago, I called to reserve a same-day pick up from this location, they said they had cars. When I arrived at the location, there were no cars. Nobody there was even a little bit concerned about providing customer service or even a sincere apology for their screw up. So, I rented from this place instead of Eppley location because it's cheaper--no airport tax. The car they gave me (the only one available) has stains on multiple seats, is not clean on the inside or outside, and smells seriously mildew-y. The employee was nice, and offered to upgrade me to a mini van which was in better shape, but I don't need the extra room or extra gas expense. He ended up giving me a tank of gas, which is nice, but I'm really disappointed in this Enterprise. read more

I had a vehicle dropped off for me at my repair facility and the car smelled HORRIBLE. Someone had obviously been smoking in the car with a combination of B.O. and cleaning materials. When asked if they had another car, they didn't have any available. The employee who drove it over said he couldn't smell anything, yet he had all of the windows down in the vehicle when I went out to check it out. I thought it was time for a good review, this place is not as bad as its being made out to be. At least not in my experience or rather many experiences. My husband & I travel several times a year, we like to drive instead of fly, and Enterprise has always been our choice for a car rental. We've rented numerous cars from this location, and we have rented every few months for the last almost 2 years. Every experience has been a positive one. We just got back from traveling again last week and renting a car from them. Sean helped us when we picked up the car, and when we brought it back. He was awesome! Very helpful, eager to please, professional, and courteous. But we've found the other employees to be helpful, courteous, and professional too. It is a smaller location and their vehicles do go quickly because we learned early on they have to pick most of them up from the airport. We also learned that vehicles go quickly on Fridays, just in time for the weekend. So we always pick up our rental on a Friday before or by Noon, otherwise there won't be any good choices or hardly any left later in the day. Hope that bit of info helps some of you out there. We'll continue to use this location, we're happy with it, and it's convenient too. read more

Waited 8 hours to get my rental, it was dirty, and it wasn't filled up. Very disappointing.

I was in an accident on the way home from work and so I needed a rental car. I had been to this particular Enterprise a few years back because of an accident with a deer. But when they called me the other day to set up an appointment they made my day. Van from Enterprise called me and he was so friendly and courteous. He set up everything for me. I told him I did not want a bigger car than my own Ford. He said he could do that for me. When I got there after work it was busy so I had to wait a little. A young man named Brandon was helping two people a head of me and he took his time to make sure everyone had what they needed. When it came to my time he was very patient and kind to me also!! It was a very pleasant experience this time at Enterprise. Keep up the great work Brandon and Van!! read more

Well here I am one year later trying to redeem the free 3-day rental that was offered after my bad experience at this location last year. I had to pay for the rental which was strange but the manager there did offer me a comp 3-day rental. She hand wrote this on the invoice. She wrote "3-day rental by E349RU" and then "approved by E35NM." She said I have to use this branch for the free rental. I am now ready to use it and have called there and no one ever picks up. I am on perpetual hold for 30-45 minutes each time I have tried over past two days. I called Enterprise customer service to be told they can't help me get in touch with the manager of the branch. The branch has to approve this free rental. While I have been on hold I have heard the messages about how Enterprise is a great family run business that really treats the customer right. Interesting and I disagree whole heatedly. Is there anyone that can work their corporate magic at Enterprise to grant me my last rental ever at Enterprise? HELP!! UPDATE: Just talked to the manager at the Fort Crook branch who told me the manager before him (who gave me the comp rental) "was doing all kinds of unethical things" and that because of that my comp offer from her is void. He is just as unprofessional as his predecessor. OK officially done with Enterprise on any and all of my future leisure and business travel. I recommend against ever renting from this branch or from any Enterprise branch. Customer service is very broken company-wide. Everyone blames someone else and no one takes ownership. Aweful costumer service, no one seems to know what they are doing there. I Was in an accident where I was not a fault. I have my own insurance thru progressive yet they still tricked me an decided to charge me for a damage waver that I never needed.... have been talking w Sean an Brandon at the Bellevue location yet no one seems to be able to help.... they charged my card 7 days after I had already returned the rental car.... No money should have came from my pocket, plus all the tires were low on the car, none of the tires had plug caps and I had to constantly fill them with air, Do not rent here ! read more

My husband and I rented a car here a little over a month ago and it was ok. The car ran fine except the low tire pressure light came on a shortly after picking up the car. Thankfully all it ended being was the spare tire. I am giving it two stars because I am very disappointed in their honesty! I left my binder of CDs in the car and it has not been returned. I have called several times and been there twice. They keep telling me they will check when the car comes back and that they will call either way. I keep having to bug them about it because on the days they say the car will be returned, they don't call me. Some of those CDs are not replaceable and I cannot afford to replace the rest of them. I rented a van this weekend and it was waiting for me when I got there and the staff was great and friendly

I rented a car for a relatively short road trip over the weekend. The rental manager at the counter was friendly and helpful. He even put me into an upgraded class of vehicle when the one I reserved online wasn't available. The bad part came over a month after I returned the rental. I brought it back as scheduled (after hours) and left the keys in their drop box. I took excellent care of the car and returned it in perfect condition. I highly value integrity and personal accountability. Had anything gone wrong with the car, I would have addressed it immediately with the staff. I received a bill a few days ago for $1200, itemized to include replacing a tire and a steel wheel (the car doesn't even have steel wheels). There was nothing but smooth highway driving during my trip and no damage whatsoever had occurred. Since I am active duty military currently deployed overseas, getting this matter resolved will be unusually difficult. I received no correspondence from the rental agents or any warning as to their damage claim. It is beyond a doubt that they are attempting to take advantage of me and have filed a fraudulent claim. This is criminal extortion and is especially frustrating since I can do little about it, being out of the country. I strongly advise everyone to stay far, far away from these unconscionable people. read more

I would like to let management know about the service I received when I dropped my rental car off. The guy at the counter was very disrespectful and downright harassing. While dropping the car off, the guy had started to ask me about my personal life, including asking if the guy I was with was my boyfriend. He also had attempted to ask me out on a date which was very inappropriate, very unprofessional, and I felt like I was getting harassed when all I wanted to do was drop off my car!! My father reserved a specific vehicle for a weekend trip, to be available Friday morning, at 9:00am. We arrive at 10am, running a little late, and they say the car isn't ready - it's not even there, it's still at the airport. We come home with the promise that they will have the car driven to the house by 10:45am. At 12:50pm or so the car arrives, my father is able to leave at 1pm, throwing off his time-sensitive trip by 4 hours. They had offered him another vehicle, but he needed the one he had reserved. He was given 10% off his total for the delay. read more
