I was so lucky I didn't burn out my engine, a neighbor got me oil and cap. Ray and Oscar looked it over to make sure it was safe to drive back to Jersey. Our plane was 4 hours late arriving after midnight on Sunday. David was right there in one of their wonderful cars . He was phenomenal and delivered us to the Cape at 2:30a.m. and was charming. He carried our bags inside for us, and he still had an hour+ ride to his home. I need to mention that we are elderly and should not have worried that someone would be there. Drive-through wash is very awkwardly designed, where you have to angle-accelerate up a small hill on a slight diagonal into the wash. (Would make much more sense to have the design entry and exit be reversed, especially since you are directed to enter past the rear of the wash.) The attendant directed me to pay with him instead of the initial machine you encounter, which was fine. However, he then misread my slightly uneasy confusion over the car directing as nervousness, and was rather over-emphatic in his directing of where to steer the car. A second attendant at the other end of the wash was tasked with drying the car, which was helpful, but I questioned whether it was needed on a cold day where the drips quickly froze, and some dribble marks inevitably appeared later when I briefly had to open the car window.

Called to find out why I was just now receiving said bill, and was very rudely told by Adam "You crashed your car, its not my problem to hunt you down to tell you where your car is. We already sent out a letter to you 2 weeks ago". The letter I received today states right at the top "1st letter", so he lied to me over the phone. Tried to explain to him I was not notified where the vehicle was, and also I was in the hospital hooked up to oxygen, with a chest tube, and he continued to repeat that it wasn't his problem, and I should have made a better attempt to locate the vehicle. My problem wasn't locating the vehicle, my problem is why did they wait almost 3 weeks to send out a bill? Was then told if I bring in $1000 cash, I'd be free and clear of the bill. Will be contacting the AG over the shady business practices being done here. From the looks of Google reviews, it seems like they take advantage of people who are in extremely tough spots after accidents. No compassion for anyone.

When I called Sunday afternoon and asked to get my car they said 90 plus gas for the tow and 90 plus gas to tow it out $35 a day for storage, but were to busy for the day to get it to me. When I called the next day to get it they Tried to charge me $572 for it. Tried saying it took them 2 hours to get me out of the woods! They literally made up some crazy story to make me pay crazy money for something that never happened. After we got that handled Monday it was came to $342 and they were supposed to drop it off the next day. 5pm Tuesday came and it never came, they forgot. These scumbags take advantage of people. Tried to trick the wrong people this time!!
