I have rented probably 200 cars in my life as I'm an extensive businesses traveler. I had been using Hertz, simply because of a corporate discount at a previous employer but have used Enterprise occasionally. I called and spoke to an Elmina and let her know of an upcoming need for a larger SUV and unfortunately they simply didn't have any in. Elmina was polite and mentioned I check back in a few days as they were expecting more to show up soon. She was kind enough to take my information and mention she'd be happy to let me know, but honestly I wasn't expecting much as I've been down this road in the past. I figured I would just rent from the competition. Glad I didn't. Elmina not only followed up with me but the same day I was in, followed up apologizing again for not being able to earn my business but that she would indeed keep an eye open for me as she said she would. As a business person, I immediately was impressed she went out of the way to apologize for not being able to earn my business. It's the "small things" like this, that prompt people like me that never leave reviews, take the time to do one. But the best part was 2 days later when she let me know there was an SUV available if I still needed one. I booked immediately. The pickup and dropoff went flawlessly. The point here is simply to comment on some outstanding customer service. I place a particularly high value on solid communication. Elmina not only seems to do that well, but she displayed she takes her role at Enterprise seriously and simply has pride in her work. Good job Elmina and at the very least this Enterprise location on being the gold standard. You have my business going forward! read more

Terrible customer service and experience. My reservation was confirmed and I checked in the day prior. I showed up at the Loganville location when they opened (9am EST) and was told they didn't have my vehicle and would not make any attempt to rectify the situation. I spent the next 5 1/2 hours on the phone with their customer service looking for a vehicle and finally found the one I needed over an hour away from home. While the location that provided me with the vehicle I needed was amazing (Piedmont Rd., Atlanta, GA), this experience with Enterprise will be my last. read more

Terrible service! My husband made a reservation for 6:00 pm to get a car. We planned our whole day around coming to get the car at this time. When we got there they told us they didn't even have the car that we booked for our reservation. Then they proceeded to tell him they don't have any cars at all but wouldn't cancel the reservation. We took time to think in the parking lot and decided to go with a SUV they had which cost more and they turned him away saying that since it was a same day reservation they cant get the car ready. When I went to check in, I was a little early (4:45). I didn't mind to wait till my 5 pm check in time. After waiting for 30 minutes, I finally asked when I was going to get my rental and was told, "oh, I forgot you were sitting there..." I was also charged for 3 days of rental because they didn't honor my after hours return. Can't get anyone to answer the phone when I call. I will go out of my way to either rent from the hurricane shoals location or go to Budget in Snellville. Avoid the Loganville enterprise location at all costs. This location was worse than anything I've ever seen. My insurance completed the reservation and was informed from the staff I needed to be there at 9am Saturday to pick it up, so I did just that. It was after 10am before there was a car ready. Multiple reservations and not enough cars. There was a female worker who was extremely rude and speaking about customers in front of them to other customers (extremely unprofessional!) The driver seat in this Jeep malfunctioned while driving. it would not lean back at all and the headrest would not come out which is a major safety issue. this car was not even our choice as we booked a sedan but the guy had an excuse for every car saying there was a recall or it hadn't been cleaned yet and was adamant on giving us this car saying "its an upgrade, its a great deal ill even throw in a quarter gallon for free" as if he knew he had to get this car in rotation. Arrived on a Friday at 5:30ish there was a 15 min wait until I was helped. They didn't have what I reserved so they offered me a small pickup truck. I didn't want it so the next size up was $10 more -Charger. I agreed to the up-charge. That was the worst car I have ever seen on a lot. Scratches from front to back, the odometer was cracked to hell. It has over 30k miles on it. That shouldn't even be getting rented out at this point it should be at an auction. To start off, this location is the most convenient when it comes to picking up a rental car. The typical procedure is to call and select a vehicle and pick it up, however this is so not the case. Every time I call, it's never been the car I've selected or I have to wait for a car to arrive. This is never discussed over the phone at the time the call was made. I have tried using other companies but it's inconvenient due to have someone to pick me up or uber. I just called the corporate office because it seems to be false advertising and I'm contacting the BBB. Just wanted to save someone else this hassle but if your like me, we haven't a choice. I booked the rental online directly through enterprise app several days earlier. A standard size SUV. The pickup time was 8:00am as we needed to leave early. Arrived and started waiting. At first the car was being cleaned at this moment then more waiting. At about 8:45am they started the upgrade sale and the additional costs. Then it was only $120 extra (per day) then $80 extra and finally $50 extra per day and only then could they put me in a car. The real deal was they did not have an extra car and they just wanted to charge more. Don't use this place - lies and deceptions and dishonesty. read more

Shoutout to enterprise for not knowing how to put everything in the fine print . You shouldn't be allowed to reserve a car with a card if you can't pay with that card!! Period ! I reserved a car from a month ago and when I showed up to pick it up they said they couldn't accept the card . We tried to get someone else to book it for us and they said that was fine but when we called to double check to see if we had all our paperwork they told us we would have to make a new reservation and they wouldn't have a car for us if we did. How can it mysteriously disappear if it's reserved ‍‍ So adding to this after I called back and tried to ask about my reservation after I left the first time cause I went to get proper documentation and told them I was coming back my reservation wasn't until 230pm I showed up around 12 and they gave my reservation to another person and the manager Tobias would not tell me he did, instead he kept trying to tell me I didn't qualify for a car . I had previously spoke to an employee who said we could still get our reservation and I had all my paperwork ready to go and he refused to work with me . On the phone he was very apathetic towards the situation and didn't even want to help me . He repeatedly kept saying I didn't qualify when it was clear they had just given our reservation to another person . He could have called another store to see if they had an available car like he had previously done for another customer but instead he was very inconsiderate and on top of that I didn't even get an apology. This was the most painless rental car experience we've ever had. I wish I had gotten the associate's name who assisted us because he was amazing and kind. We reserved the car online last Friday and went in to pick it up on Saturday morning at 9 am. We were in and out in literally 10 minutes. The only downside was that the car wasn't super clean but it wasn't nasty either, just normal car messiness like grass and dirt on the carpet. The car was exactly what we asked for though and we only needed it for a day. The customer service was the best I've had at any rental car agency. Despite fulfilling the requirements of the rental contract to the letter and delivering a perfectly intact vehicle by 10pm Saturday evening as requested, this company, without notifying me, not only kept my deposit but debited my account for an additional day. Close to $600 for renting a vehicle for an afternoon! Why? If you rent a car for Saturday, they automatically tag you for Sunday. I demanded my money back for Sunday, per the terms of their very own contract with us, and was finally told they would do so "as a favor" to me. The car itself was first class, in impeccable condition, and perfect for the wedding, but I'll never trust them again. read more

One of the nicest rental car experiences I have ever had. Gary Mosley picked me up at the car repair shop and took me back to the office helped me get a car of the type and size I needed. Even had it freshly washed for me. When my car was fixed the drop-off was super fast and easy and he took me back to the delivership. Gary was super nice, helpful and friendly, and so were the other employee's I spoke with. This is a shout out for Tobias J. Hurst, Branch Manager at the Loganville location. We rent from Enterprise each year for approximately 45-60 days while we visit family. Our contract can be quite confusing for an Enterprise agent. Enterprise requires us to "check in" after 30 days. We rent at the airport but check in at the Loganville office. We have one contract for the entire rental period. Several agents tried to help us but found the situation confusing. Mr Hurst came to the counter, reviewed our contract, made a copy and sent us on our way. He understood that a check in does not require a turn in and writing of a new contract. He made our visit a pleasant and efficient one. We will continue to have Enterprise as our car rental company. read more

This is the worst customer service I've ever had. The first car they tried to put me in looked as if someone had spit coffee all over the ceiling and dashboard and had a softball sized dent in the door. Their second attempt looked as if someone had wet them selves in the driver's seat. They finally find a clean one, I drive it to work and had to limp it all the way home because the transmission was faulty. Then when I called customer service they thought I was talking about the radio when I said transmission. I spent hours on the phone and no one has helped even slightly. Even roadside assistance suggested I drive it over an hour away to get a new one. Then got a call at almost 9:30 at night from AAA saying they were still at least an hour out from picking the car up, they said they were sending it at 6:15pm. I was already in bed considering I hadn't heard anything in 3 hours and they had told me 90minutes. This is the most worst experience I've ever had with a company. I will never use enterprise and I would urge you not to either. read more

This location might be good for short term rentals, but my experience with a long term rental was very difficult and disheartening. The office is extremely disorganized. They keep paperwork like a teenagers bedroom. The car tag was expiring on my car and I had to call them to find out about getting the tag when it had been sitting in their office all month and nobody contacted me. There is a lot of turnover of employees and when someone good and smart does work there, they don't stay long. The managers, except for one who is no longer there, are not about customer service and have very little real experience and education. They speak to customers as if they were children and are very condescending. They made an extreme error in processing the second month of my car, and charged my credit card for the full amount of a month I already paid. When I suggested we just put this amount to the next month, they could not figure out how to do that on their system, so instead they just ended the transaction, kept the charge on my card and took the car back because they couldn't figure out how to restart the ticket. I had to get them on the phone with my credit card company in their office and have them remove the charge. so they could start over. The third month they charged my credit card an extra $71 dollars without letting me know. The amount was for what they were calling a deposit. But the deposit is really $150. All of the good employees make promises to the customers to keep their business and they don't make notes of what they did anywhere for someone after them to follow whats been done already. I suppose anyone reading this is wondering why I have not taken my business elsewhere for the duration of my long term rental. Simply because a long term rental reduces the price, I have to finish the four months. This place is a shame. Very discouraging. I am never out to change the system, get a deal or be given special treatment. I chose what I thought was the best company with the best deal for me. I have always paid on time without problem and I am treated like a problem and they put all of their work on the me. Very, very disheartening. I think part of it is that its primarily run by very young people who have no respect and are told they can be firm with anyone regardless of the situation. When a respectable adult is standing in front of them paying nearly $800 per month for a rental car, you should give them a little bit more respect and be able to do your job completely and fully. Awful... Geico book the reservation for us since their client hit our car and they provide a vehicle with Enterprise. We returned this to the collision place. They advise us they would take care of this. We made sure everything was fine with this vehicle and did not even see a scratch, gas filled and return it back in good condition. While my deposit was being return, they already charged $150.00. Did anyone call to let me know? NOPE!! I called and was put on hold because they are trying to find out why I got charged, really? You can't look up with my name & see why you charged me? Put on hold too long, I hung up and called back. Spoke to another guy and he looked, nothing and later proceeds to tell me, oh there's a crack on windshield. My husband had to go back out of our ways to go and look. The crack was so tiny, on passenger side and under the wiper blade where there is a black banner and you can barely see it. But no phone calls, text or email to tell me, oh by the way You're getting screwed. No one would have notice the crack. All they did was see that is where it is and gave me a claim #16779029 form this was charged to my account. You can email the clam provide them and ask for status and that was pretty much it. If Geico gave me a choice while our car was being fixed, I would never want to rent a car with Enterprise. . I wouldn't even recommend. I feel like I got screwed before knowing what is going on. This rental facility was completely unprofessional and definitely not appeasing. When I arrived, there was a gentleman there renting who was upset because he thought he reserved an Altima and was told that there was not one available. Understandable, as you aren't typically able to reserve a certain make but rather a certain size vehicle. At the time, I thought his frustration was unwarranted until I reached the ticket counter and got equally poor customer service. I reserved a pick-up truck days before in order allot for enough space to drive clothes to flood victims in the Midwest. When I arrived with my confirmation number, I was told that they didn't have a pick up truck available. I explained that I made a reservation and had not been contacted with this information. The rudest sales associate ever informed me that they didn't have contact information for me but they tried to call me. I reserved through Hotwire, who confirmed my contact info was sent to Enterprise, but again no call or email. When I told the man that I have a trip in the morning he proceeded to tell me to go to the airport. I asked if the price would remain the same and he informed me he couldn't guarantee that. I again appealed to the fact that I had a reservation and this man proceeded to explain to me that a reservation doesn't guarantee anything. If that is the case what is the point of making a reservation at all? He then tells me that he has no options for me at this point. Well by then it was 6pm on a Friday before a long holiday weekend. Things quickly escalated as I used some colorful words to express my frustration in which this man decided to call the authorities to remove me since I was asking for his managers name and number. All I can say is spare yourself the trouble and don't rent from this location. To add insult to injury the African - American man (I am mentioning his race because he was the only Black sales rep and wouldn't provide his name) with the bad attitude drove off the lot in the Altima the man before me had reserved. Needless to say, I ended up renting from Avis and had a much better experience. Enterprise wont be getting my business going forward and the manager, whoever they may be, needs to rethink who he or she puts as the face of this location. Horrible experience. read more
