This was not my favorite, first or second choice for car rental because of my history with this location. However they have come to redeem themselves. I needed a vehicle to pick my son up from college during Spring Break. I reserved a large suv three days in advance, called the day before to confirm. The next morning when they were to pick me up at 8 I received a call at 7:20 that they had NO SUVS AVAILABLE. How could this happen, I had just confirmed the afternoon before. To say I was not happy is an understatement. I went to the location with my own understanding that I was going to verbally abuse everybody in that office AND despite them telling me they didn't have a vehicle SOMEBODY was going to do what they had promised and confirmed. Upon arrival I had to wait behind another customer before I unleashed on the staff. After hearing the persons situation in line ahead of me I recognized my situation was not nearly as grave. From that moment on, the employees listened to what I came there to do and immediately began to try to rectify the situation while being totally apologetic. Explaining that they heavily rely on previous renters to return the vehicles in order to complete the reservations pending. While I think and can give suggestions on their rental system; it needs a LOT of adjustments, I credit the staff with doing everything they can with what they have available. My suggestion is if they tell you they don't have what you want if possible go take a look at what they have and decide what will work. I went into enterprise Rent-A-Car last night after having made an online reservation. The clerk behind the counter would not even pull up my reservation because I didn't have my auto insurance policy. I have rented a car from them before and made an online reservation and just picked up my car with no problem. I could've brought my insurance card had I known that I needed it but there was no information on the website saying it was required. I asked why this information was not on the website and the clerk advised me it was not on there so they can offer their options for purchase, which would be the damage waiver they were trying to sell me. I would not purchase the damage waiver which clearly states that it is not required to rent a car. The clerk said "So you mean to tell me you can't pay the extra $40 to get a car" I simply said I won't pay it. It really was not about what I could afford but once he made that comment I realized he was trying to shame me into purchasing something but my ego is not so fragile that I will pay for unnecessary policies simply because I'm worried about what some dude behind the desk thinks I can afford. I called the customer service line twice and was advised this is not company policy and I should not have been turned away, the only requirements that I need are my drivers license and payment information. I have no problem showing my auto policy I just don't understand why the information could not be inputted when I made my reservation the same way I entered my drivers license number. .The website also stipulates that Enterprise "is not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the renter's existing coverage" so I don't understand why this Guy would even want to look at my insurance policy anyway. This particular branch seems unscrupulous and it was not that way the last time I rented from them. There may have been a change in management. I didn't fall for their game but others probably did. They should be investigated by the Attorney General's office to make sure they are following disclosure laws and not adding damage waiver's to accounts unbeknownst to renters, or telling them that these optional policies are mandatory. Don't waste your time here. Go to hertz they are far more transparent and they don't try to sell you anything. read more

The most horrible customer service!! First the lady that takes my reservation is very rude when I ask about pricing and different car selections and what all the price includes. Then I make my reservation only to show up that morning to pick up my car and I'm told they don't have that size of a car only larger cars and I will have to take that but of course, it doesn't qualify for the rate I was given. If I could give a lower rating I would! Trust me when I say you do not want to do business with this company. I reserved a 15 passenger van on May 3, 2018 for July dates only to receive a call the day before I was supposed to pick the vehicle up stating it would not be available. The solution was to give me 2 SUVs which was not the same but we were willing to make it work. Imagine my surprise when I received another call 1 hour before I was supposed to pick up the SUVs stating they would have ZERO vehicles for me for the trip I had planned 2 months in advance. The staff was rude, including the manager Ann who did absolutely nothing to help in this situation. I asked for the number of anyone above Ann and her staff and was give a number that I left a message with and my call still has not been returned. I did leave feedback with Enterprise's corporate but over 6 days later I have not received one call explaining why or how my "reservation" was not honored in any way. Do yourself a favor and find another rental company. If you do use Enterprise you might want to make a back-up plan just in case or you could be left out on your own trying to figure out how to make it to wherever you want to go. read more

The staff was very nice and had the car ready on time. I signed and initialed in the various parts of the contract as required. I returned the car and dropped the keys in the drop box. Everything according to schedule, then they sent me a bill for $33.00 additional for "fueling" charges. When I received the car it only had a quarter of a tank of gas, I returned it with at least 3/4 of a tank. I called and was told the vehicle was full when I left. I looked at the papers I had initialed and no where did it state how much gas was in the vehicle. I filled up after I left their office and put 9 gallons in and had only driven 10 miles. So either they are lying or that car got the worse gas mileage in the world. Still arguing the point with the manager. It's not the money, it's the fact they are trying to cheat the school district I work for. I guess I shouldn't care since I didn't have to pay for it, but I don't like it when companies do this sort of thing. read more

Wow...this couldn't have gone any better. Car was great, service was great. Got an econmy car to drive to Midland for 4 days and was given a practically new Hyundai Eleantra. Rode well, gas mileage was great. A great little car overall. These guys rock. read more

I have had nothing but great experiences with enterprise. The staff at hwy 259 and McCann rd are always super friendly and helpful.

I just got scammed by this enterprise location. I rented a car that was just received by enterprise on 5/24/17 and the car was rushed through the inspection, which I was not part of before handing the rental over to me. When the lady returned back inside she said that she saw a few dents on the front quarter panel and logged the damage. I then signed the papers and took a quick walk around the rental to see the damage and left on my road trip. When I returned the rental I was told that she was going to have to file a claim. I asked what the claim was for and she said damage to the front quarter panels, I then responded with you told me you logged the damage that was already there. She then stated that this was to the other side. I couldn't believe this, because the damage was already there before I left. The Scam is to rush you through the inspection and to be very vague about what damage is on the car and then when you return the rental they will stick you with the repair bill. I will never rent a car ever again! read more
