i had a great experience renting from Enterprise! We needed a full-size SUV to move our youngest into college, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our sales associate, Kevin C., was outstanding--friendly, professional, and not at all pushy. He explained our options clearly without giving off the typical "upsell" vibe, which I really appreciated. I decided to go with the prepay fuel option, and it turned out to be a great deal, only $2.61/gallon compared to $3.21 at the pump. Kevin also took the time to carefully note every scratch and ding already on the vehicle so we wouldn't have to worry about it later at drop-off. Horrible all around. Rental was turned in 2 weeks ago and still haven't gotten my $100 deposit back. Terrible customer service, Steel and others did absolutely nothing to take care of their customer. My husband was rear-ended last month, and the insurance company set him up with Hertz which the guy that runs the place just was plain rude when my husband was asking simple questions, so he went with enterprise and they were very accommodating, and extremely nice. The new assistant manager delivered the car to the auto body shop, and it was so quick and easy. Would definitely utilize them again if we ever needed to. read more

TLDR: Reserved minivan, given SUV that was too small. Had to bring 2 cars on vacation instead of one. Awful customer service, no follow through, terrible branch. Rent elsewhwere. My family reserved a minivan months in advance for our vacation as we have two small children, two adults, and two older adults as well as our baggage. We chose the minivan as it would be large enough to accommodate us, easier for my older parents to get into, and easy to take the kids in and out. We confirmed the rental multiple times before our trip. The night before, we were told one wasn't available and that they only had an SUV. We told them the SUV was too small and difficult for us, and they said they would work on getting us the correct vehicle. The next day while we were minutes away, they called and said there was no minivan. Once arriving, the employees were cold to us and had no sympathy for the situation we were in. They repeatedly put the ownace on us to call around to find a van, and offered no concessions. There was a larger SUV in the lot that we could have made work, but the staff said we couldn't rent it without any reason given. At that point, we took the rental as we had no other choice. Because it was too small, we ended up having to take one of our own vehicles that added on extra stress, cost, and defeated the purpose of renting. We called the corporate line to get a resolution, and were told since it was the weekend we'd get a call Monday from management. We never got a call up to a week later. I would avoid this branch at all costs, there are better ones around. read more

I'm considering applying for a job here because I'd love to treat people like crap and get away with it. Rented a large SUV a month or so back for this upcoming weekend. Enterprise called me the day of my rental to let me know they didn't have the right size SUV and asked if we could go smaller. I said that wasn't an option. He asked if my pickup time of 12 was necessary or if I could wait longer to pickup. I said that was fine and he asked me to arrive for 5:15. I left my house for the 45 minute drive to get the car in plenty of time but between rush hour traffic and a bad accident on the highway I got held up. I called them at 5:08 to let them know my gps was estimating 5:31 arrival and I know they close at 5:30. I asked the girl if they could wait for us and she said "I think that should be ok". I told her if it wasn't to let me know before I drove all the way there, she asked if I could pick up the rental tomorrow and I said no, I had already waited longer due to them requesting it so I needed to know if they would wait a couple minutes after close for certain and she told me "I'm sure it's fine". I asked that if they planned to not stay past 5:30 if someone could at least call me and let me know and she replied "I'll let the manager know ". Arrived at enterprise at 5:35 to find lights off, doors locked. No phone call, nothing. They never even followed up with me the morning after. I rent cars multiple times a year and tend to stick with the better names like Enterprise and Hertz to avoid things like this but it doesn't matter apparently. My Jeep was totaled and getting into a small matchbox car was scary. They understood and provided me with a Toyota Tacoma 2022! Unfortunately at that time it was not for sale! . Seeing a lot of bad reviews here but honestly we've rented from this Enterprise 2-3 times in the past few years and they've been great. Always great costumer service and had a good car selection. we were told ahead of time that a copy of the drivers license would be enough. We had been both robbed the night before in providence along with our credit cards and licenses. we spent hours trying to secure a car through enterprise. the came to pick us up and took us to a western union so that I could get them a secured check. we got to the enterprise location and was then told by their branch manager Johnathan Smart that he could not help us. He asked for a better fax copy of my boyfriend's ID but their own fax machine was broken and he did nothing to fix it. He actually shut all the office lights off while we worked in the dark so he could try to push us out faster. I worked the problem out through one of enterprises corporate help lines and was told to call the reginoal manager directly: Adam Sena 401-490-2085 I left urgent messages and he never returned my call. this whole incident could have been avoided with employees acting appropriately and getting their policies straight. I was told three different things by four different employees. the manager shut the lights off while we were inside trying to get him to fix his own fax machine!!!!! So far my experience with them has been good. They were very willing to give me a discount and work out a deal with me for the week. They only had a pickup truck for the day and I was looking for a car for a week or two. She was willing to discount the truck enough to keep the weekly price about the same. I ended up coming later in the day for a car so I did not need it but she again gave me a greater discount than what I had originally put in on the website. The staff was really nice and picked me up at home. Would definitely use again. Go here over the one in Woonsocket, which I did not have a good experience at UPDATE-- I knocked a star off for my return experience. I know its a business but I find it rude to keep answering the phone and taking reservations when I am there in person trying to check out. I would have been out of there quicker if he would have just cashed me out. I am a paying customer and dont expect to only be dealt with when the phone is not ringing Also, they have a card to sign up for a rewards program. I did not see these cards there when I picked up the car, only when I dropped it off. To get point for your current reservation it says you have to sign up before dropping the car off. I asked if they could still do this and he said no. I don't have a smart phone to do it right there. I just spent over $800 on a car rental and also rented from Enterprise last month. You would think they would value the business and you know they can certainly sign up anyone they want. I am going to email the manager to see if he will do anything. read more

Everyone in the office is nice and accommodating, but they're just incredibly understaffed. I first made an appointment to be picked up since my car was in the shop. They had my reservation for over 24 hours but nobody ever showed. When I called, the gentleman told me that he was the only one in the office and that someone will be able to get me within 20-30 minutes. I had to decline since I was going to be late for work. I rescheduled for the following day and I was picked up, however, when I got to the office, I found that they had more reservations than they did cars available. I had to wait for over an hour to get a car and get to work. Again, everyone was nice and apologetic, but they just need better staffing and better scheduling of appointments. Hi I'm a 33yr old man who was hit in my suv by another driver who ram a red light. We and my wife hsve a deaf and special needs son who requires a handicap carseat. So I went to Enterprise which is right next to our house. so we wouldn't be without a vehicle for my son's appointments in Boston Children's and my wife can get to work. We have Commerce Insurance which with full coverage the best plan you can have. We had a Ford Edge SUV because it fits our son seat. So therefore we needed an SUV in the meantime while we wait for our new car. So Enterprise got us into an SUV and we had to pay the $12 difference a day for it because our insurance only covered 30. We understand that sometimes you need to put money up front for a rental so wasn't a big deal. So then three and a half weeks in, they tell us are cars going to be totaled and not repaired and Enterprise went and charged a $280 fee without asking us. That's when I went in to talk to them about it they told me the car was going to be reported stolen at midnight, no heads up at all had to take my keys give it to them and walk home and get all my stuff out of it. I just thought it was really messed up that none of the employees would give us a courtesy call about the rental car being stolen. Told me it was in the contract and I should have read it better. Worst customer service ever! Please tell me if I'm wrong and I'm just being in a a-hole. read more

I rarely am compelled to give a business a 5-star rating, but after about 2 years of working with them i feel this one deserves it. I've rented several times now from this Enterprise in No Attleboro and found all aspects including customer service, quality of vehicles, and value for the money to be top-notch every time. Most times i've been given an upgraded vehicle without having to ask for it. The staff have been able to pick me up and drop me off every time i've requested it, and everyone who has done so was able to arrive on time. The staff is professional and the manager Katy is excellent. The team works very well together and I feel based on several experiences that this location is a model of how a quality company is run. My car had to go into the shop for quite a bit of time. The dealership was providing me the rental at their cost, so no money out of my pocket. The customer service from Brendan who picked me up was very exceptional! Unfortunately, I did have a few hiccups with some vehicles. 2 of the 4 vehicles I was put into for the time had mechanical problems. But Brendan and the manager, Megan were very apologetic and accommodating with getting me into a different vehicle. I would rent from them again. I won't use this company again. The last car was dirty, had a strange smell had scratches all over the car one area even was painted over a scratch with a different color paint. Some small dings as well. On top of that I only had enough gas to make it too the station. Now with that being said when I brought the car back they said I dented an area under the door area which I couldn't even see, not too mention I NEVER damaged anything I ended up paying for damage I never did. I rented a full size car, and got a Nissan Maxima that had just been returned. Waited half hour for a car that was not clean when I picked it up. Come to find a HUGE steering shimmy on the car at 65 mph, perhaps due to high mileage (22000) and lack of alignment and wheel balancing. Drivers seat stitching was unraveling, exposing cushion material. Stuck with it because had to go on vacation and couldn't afford disruption. Very poor experience, not worthy of Enterprise. read more

I actually used to be the manager of this branch back in the late 90's. The service now is absolutely horrible! I was in a rental for 40 days and not once was I even given a courtesy call, even when I spoke to the branch manager to inform her I was dropping off the car. They had originally rented an absolute POS car and then switched me out 20 mins later because it was not safe due to bad brakes as one of many problems with this beat up car. No apologies for the inconvenience. They are always slammed on a Saturday and don't recognize a new customer walking in. Very chaotic, disorganized and unprofessional attitudes. Phones ringing off the hook as they try to answer phone with a long line if unhappy customers in the cramped office. The car that I was switched into smelled of cigarette smoke as the employee tried to drown it out with fragrance spray and gave me was unwashed, dirty, smelly car with an empty gas tank on top of that! Stay away from this branch! They have no idea what they are doing! If I were still the manager, they would all be fired! read more

We always try to buy local - and checking pricing with N. Attleboro and the TF Green Airport, local was a much better deal. I was also able to measure the inside of the van I needed ahead of time, which was critical to carry the precious cargo back cross country. They did have to get a last minute replacement from the airport and the vehicle was dirty, so John the mgr, gave us a discount to make up for us having to clean it ourselves - after we started our trip. To summarize, I would use our local Enterprise - easy access to the vehicles and the associates are accommodating. read more

I have used this location often to travel for business and have found staff friendly and accommodating. My one issue is that the cars could be cleaner on the inside. I rented a Jeep Renegade from Enterprise in North Attleboro for 2 weeks in October 2017 and it was a fantastic experience. I have avoided and dissed car rentals over the years because they have become inconvenience, unfriendly, pressuring to add on extras running up the bill and expensive. An Uber is so easy to call. This time I needed a car for transporting an elderly relative to many appointments. My car was not immediately ready upon my arrival so they upgraded my rental to a Jeep. This was a great, easy car to drive (they gave me a few options in the subcompact SUV category) and a great rate. No pressure for add ons, but explained the contract. The car was clean, 3/4 full of gas, and the salesman Brendan reviewed the details of the keyless entry, gas cap to ease me into knowing how to drive this 2016 model. Everyone in the office was friendly, helpful, prompt, and experienced. Upon return of my car they gave me a ride back to my house. Wow. I will rent from them again and recommend this business to people living in this area. Every time called the office (I had to extend my rental for the second week) my call was promptly answered.
